Buying SPY puts at peak Tuesday or Wednesday and selling before JPow speaks is the only play I can think of right now. Everything is selling off for that meeting except big tech because they’ve decided we are rotating back into it despite bills being put forth that could split them up

Is there an inverse head and shoulders pattern forming on gold?
It looks like it's going to move to around $1,810 before retesting resistance around $1,920.
If you zoom out on the chart you will see a inverse head and shoulders pattern formed 2008-2009 and then gold exploded 100% to the upside. If you look from 2008 to present you will also see a huge cup and handle forming, this is a long term pattern if you know what I'm sayin. Where does the misc market experts think gold will be by end of year?

What you guys think is gonna happen with the fed meeting on the 16th? Already got wasted betting on the May CPI but might do another autistic trade.
