I am the type to play even a cheap mobile game like Brawl Stars or Candy Crush if I get addicted to completionism and progression.

don't think because my OCD mechanism of completionism is activated that its a good game more than any other shallow mobile game tier addiction mechanism

the city backdrop and the double jump assisted killing/looting are pretty much all there is here of value

even the music got stale and repetitive and theres no variety

its becoming a chore to finish the game and the completionism factor is the only thing making me do it but its a slog.

just this whole 2D/3D open world story RPG format is so dead and played out.

thought it sucked first 30 minutes, had about 20ish hours of fun, now bored with it. The combat just isn't very good.

Yeah...don't think I've ever put ~60 hours into a game in ~2 weeks. Not a lot for some, but working 50-60 hours a week and having wife, kids, etc - putting ~30 hours a week into games is a chit load lol.
I'm taking a break from it for a bit as well. Son has been making me play Valorant with him since he got his PC for Christmas, so it's a welcomed break.

I can only put so much time into gaming. I got my moments where I am playing a game I am into for a while but I usually like to spend my daylight hours enjoying the day and doing something more productive, so gaming has always been more of a night activity for me. Some people like to relax and watch TV, I usually just like to kick back and play a game.

im ****in 95 hrs in lol. trying so hard to complete everything so i can be productive again. main story seems long as hell idk what people were talkin about

yep confirmed. all the personal development scenes are perfect, and I enjoy them a lot. like johnny + protagonist scenes. but the other stuff is like what am i doing lol

For real, a lot of these people have some serious issues and I am not talking about the game. If I don't like a game and don't enjoy it I can usually tell after a few hours and I don't play it anymore. Heck I can usually tell if I will like a game or not just by watching a stream or gameplay video for a while. A lot of gamers seem to be masochists where they seem to enjoy punishing/off-putting experiences.

i like the game but the quality of the quests are so inconsistent lol. i'm doing this rogue sidequest right now, and it's so ****in good. but some other quests are like blah.

definitely got way more than my money's worth though. the amount of quests and content is overwhelming. definitely doesn't deserve the hate, so far. but then again i haven't ran into any weird bugs

i just realized the pill thing is from the matrix

spending all my money on ****in clothes lol. fashionmaxxing

I’d give the game a 6-6.5 after 45 hours. I really wanted to like it but the game is too seriously flawed to be considered on the upper tier of games. It does everything but not a single thing right outside of an interesting story

Like let’s take the quests in this game. I can’t put my finger on it but there is a lack of cohesion between everything/all the quests and everything feels so disjointed. Like different teams were tasked with different kinds of quests and they don’t flow well together. Witcher 3 didn’t have this problem

Let’s say quest A was great. Then quest B was great. Something about doing quest A then quest B felt off

I gave it the full time because I really wanted to love it. Maybe if I fully immersed myself in it I’d be able to bump it from a 6 to an 8 but nope. The game needed another two years, simple as that

People expecting way too much out of the game, expecting it to be perfect. But once you start comparing it to other open world game you will realize that youre getting your moneys worth in missions/quests. Other games are straight out poverty point a to b.

definitely. there is no other single player open world RPG with as much content.

in the words of relentless. **** was in the launch trailer lol. protagonist dying is the actual start of the story. not counting the first part which is supposed to be the prologue. it's what the entire story is about



it's an incredible concept ...just you get so sidetracked. but the scenes where it does go back to the focus of the protagonist are solid

the sinnerman quest really got me. one of the first time's where i was doing a quest and was like aw ****. did that last night. reloaded and tried all the options lol. i swear there are like 100 sidequests

I'm doing one... then it's like *beep beep* "Hey V, I got a job for you" and i'm like "Alright i'll do it" then I travel another block and it's like "Hello V, I got a job for you." and i'm like "Aw ****, alright i'll do it." Then I travel again and it's like "Hello. We have not met but I heard of you V, I got a job for you." And i'm like "FUK!!!!! Too many goddamn jobs..... but i'll take it."

Then when i'm going through the list of my sidequests, idk who the **** half my clients are lol so many

65 hrs in, just finished the parade quest. Anyone tell me about how much of the main story i have left? Dont wanna finish it too damn quick, but also wanna know what happens next damnit lolz.
