Suncor, Imperial, Cenovus, all the big boys did significant leaning out the last year or so. They're still tightening the belt too. Where I work at least, the company has realized it needs to be efficient and not be such inefficient with capital. Everything is getting dialed in now.

They were 400 LB slobs driving a jacked up $120,000 trucks. Now they're 6'2 chads in a Bugatti.

I’ve seen some of that theory/discussion before on the broad market. I would not at all be surprised if we are the cusp of some major market moves. Everything out there is just too crazy. Cars, houses, lumber, stocks, etc. I do believe the new regulations are to protect against some impending failures and aren’t just geared for GME.

Not sure if I believe the GameStop piece at the end. I think if the powers that be were really scared of GME they could end it all very quickly: kill the subs.

Nuke wsb, GME, superstonk, etc. Have the sec just announce that Reddit has become a site where stock collusion and market manipulation is taking place and once the lights are turned off on the subs the game WILL stop.

As mentioned before the big swings aren’t retail. There’s massive money involved. I think they’re interested in this just as much as retail is.

Legit nobody knows where the market is going and I don’t know why anyone pretends to know or gambles on where they think it might be headed, that chit isn’t real.

What is real is companies operating and trying to make profit by providing a service/product, everything else is a noisy side show.

so what is the latest for what the short interest is on GME? Is it still around 100% or have major hedgies closed short positions?

I've been waiting for another crash since the banks were bailed out. Govt/fed is kicking the can. It's going to happen again and it'll be worse than before, there's no doubt about it. The Reddit post has a lot of truth to it. I just don't know when that is going to be and I don't think anyone does.

Before 2008, I was pretty big into tinfoil hat theories, one person in particular said as long as oil is traded in US dollars, we'll still be relevant as a global economy and super power. And that remains true. So I think we can continue to kick the can and print money as long as the dollar remains relevant?

I'm not going to change what I do until I see some huge red flags. I started investing in 2009 aggressively and can't imagine how crap my returns would be if I was always worried about a crash.

I have 2 buddies who combined have over 750,000 shares of FUNFF, cost average in the mid $0.70's. Talk about balls deep.

When it went to $1.89 that was rumor C218 was going to pass. It was actually a long ways off and once people realized it they sold. Tomorrow the 3rd and final reading should take place, when that passes it should be signed into law by end of next week. Its passed every stage overwhelmingly. This bill has huge support. But C218 is all hype for now. The Canada gambling stocks don't know how they will make revenue off of it yet. The provinces still have to create regulations, so it won't go live till early fall at the earliest.

I only have 45,000 shares cost average is $0.76, targeting $3-$5 EOY. I might try and swing trade some of my position from the C218 hype train. FUNFF is also waiting on their UK license to be approved. Any day now that should hit which I believe will be a bigger deal than the C218 but we will see. Definitely a stock to do some research on though.

SCR should see a huge bump on the bill passing as well.
