McDonald’s even has a sign for $17 an hour and a $500 bonus after the first 8 weeks of work I believe. It was a few weeks ago that I saw it. It was somewhere close to that.

Here people just aren’t looking. Extra Unemployment benefits expire soon so that should help.

We’re paying more than average pay for cdl drivers right now and can’t find anyone hardly. Or find any surveyors.

THC testing windows go way beyond smoking on the job, chit can be in your system for up to a month for people who use heavily in their off time whereas you can get absolutely hammered the night before a breathalyzer and pass the next day or use a range of other much harder drugs that quickly clear from your system

It didn't make a lot of sense before legalization began catching on but the whole thing definitely needs to be reworked now, people shouldn't be deterred when they use in their spare time and aren't inebriated while working

More like hiring people that smoke on the weekends but are fine. MJ is stupid because you test for it even when not high. Like who gives a **** if you have an employee that smokes as long as they're not high at work.

If you smoke small amounts every day, you can pee clean in a few days. It all depends on the test, which employers must not realize. It's the chronic smokers, like you say, that are screwed for at least a month.

Depending on the job, I'd say some people could perform it better under the influence, like welding and painting. It can create a flow state for some people.

Oh I know man, A&D pre-access testing is standard in my industry and lets just say I have over 20 years of experience on the other side. There are few people in my line of work who don't think it's bullchit, laws/testing will need to catch up eventually.

Yep I passed a billboard the other day that was offering $20.20 an hour to start at either McDonald’s or Walmart can’t remember which one. And this is in Kansas not New York or San Fran.

NVDA and AMD are doing well for me, but not quite as well as AMC

Crazy, kinda goes to show companies can afford to pay more, but don't for that profit margin. I'm pro business but when your profits come at the expense of the employees wages…

ARK funds are ripping harder than I've seen in a while, feels like a bit of rotation out of the inflation trade and into tech/growth
