Try 40 lbs

if you're 194 only seeing the 2 pack you're not gonna be truly SHREDDED in 14 lbs

We all have to lose a lot more weight than we think brosef. I'm 42 lbs down already and still need to drop way more to get diced. I thought I'd be veiny dry and diced as fuk 12-14 lbs ago but turns out I was still a fat turd.

****ing in. Lost 8 pounds in the last 6 weeks. Should've been more ==> alcohol discipline killer of peace. Weighing 187 @ 6'2 right now.

Think I'll just try to eat +~ 2000 daily and do cardio every day or just walk around a lot. Think I need to hit 172 pounds to get lean. Never been abs lean and I'd rather be done in 8/10 weeks than going for the 'slow and steady' route which will take me ages. In for support let's get it!

Same weight in the two pics below, a few weeks apart. IMO looking leaner on the right, a little off the gut and chest.

Any difference or am I crazy?

Slightly different angle and distance away from mirror but can definitely tell the chest leaned out. Less fat on the lower chest so the lines more chiseled. The waist is slimmer in comparison to your hips as well so you lost some fat there. The little area below the belly button you lost fat as well.

Solid drop for a few weeks. Keep it up.

Thanks brah, glad I'm not just overanalyzing. Frustrating to be at the same weight two weeks apart (took a few weeks off for a ski trip) but looking at the photos I'm convinced I'm leaner and if I could get as dehydrated and depleted as I was in the pic on the left, I'd be more like 175 instead of 180.

So I'm not really sure if my bf% has dropped any or if I'm just deluding myself by finding a better pump and angle every time.

A few pages ago brahs estimated me at about 10-11.5% BF

What about now? First pic is most recent and third pic is about a week ago. Second pic had a lot of sunlight coming in so it blurred stuff out a bit.

Spoiler!

Am I at least 9-10% BF range now rather than the 10-11ish range?

Looks about the same in each IMO. The midsection is the best tell, your arms can look drastically different depending on the pump or the day.

Feelsbadman. No drastic changes yet it seems.

saw 181.6 finally sunday. Probably because vodka dried me up, but dammit, it's lower. Pants are very loose today and belly fat is squishy. Crossing my fingers.

2 Weeks into my cut and Im already losing motivation even tho I look alot better. My energy levels usually drop at a certain bodyfat and then it slowly becomes a chore. Gonna do another 2 weeks at max with good amount of cardio and thats it.
