I'm not anything to write home about. Not Chad but not ugly either and I'm honestly embarrassed of the number of girls I had sex with back in my degenerate days. I love walking. I walk to work sometimes and have to pass a million taco stands that take the whole pavement with so many people and homeless tents and all their stuff takes all the space.

Yesterday some homeless guy had a scary looking pitbull tied to a shopping cart and I was like how am I going to pass that. I just can't go to the other side of the freeway. Annoying.

Swimming is fantastic!!! I started last year and I LOVE it. I go to the lap pool at LA Fitness and it’s usual either empty or a few older people.

Usually go a few days a week or sometimes take a week off from lifting and just swim every day. I do 20 laps which takes about 30-40 min. Very good cardio because no impact on joints and you use your full body muscles. And mentally really relaxing and fun.

The fact that none of you went back to the conversation about nutrition after the clarification from me is pretty much confirmation that all you intend to do is antagonize him.

I like a lot of the guys that are criticizing wincel, but I agree that I have seen him improve and it appears that it isn't enough for these individuals because they still constantly antagonize him. A person cannot make a profound improvement in their personality and perspective on life overnight. I think sometimes people will just dislike someone and that's fine, but it's dishonest to disregard when a person is improving. You're ultimately part of the problem if you're going to bring him down and a lot of miscers are really good at that.

No, I was heavily bullied from 6th-10th grade.

I was small and weak. Was almost suffocated, twice. I was brought to tears in public multiple times.

It may have made me want to be kinder to people. But I was already kind.

It's all depression. Sometimes I just lie in bed all day and misc on phone and sleep. I've had trouble staying focused on things. Had constant suicidal ideation. I go to therapy, but it doesn't help much. It is hard to focus or feel like anything matters when you think you might not be here tomorrow or next week or whenever. I just feel like I am stuck in limbo. Don't really want to be here, but also not ready to leave. I just need to get out of this rut. I feel like things are getting better though. Oh I wasn't saying anything bad about the dog go or even the owner, except I'm scared of dogs. I'm not familiar with pitbulls, if I knew them like you do, I probably would just have walked by. Idk about him but my dad's got 6 stents in his heart, and he facetimed me today excited about how he squatted 185 for a bunch of reps @ 60 years old. He's had CAD since he was 40, and lifts 6 days a week. His doc tells him the best way of keeping his heart healthy is to have lower bodyfat , and he's in the best shape of his life rn. I like wincel but hard to believe docs wouldn't let him lift
