Oh, I don't. I used to live in wasaga. I lived on Mosley and then I moved To jack street, off of what is now beach wood. Then I moved to stayner, and now I live on the "mountain". The area is awesome. I would never want to live IN wasaga anymore. It was bad before! Now it's just ridiculous. Where I am, I'm far enough away that only the cyclists like to visit. I forget how awful the congestion is in the summer. Past two weekends have been NUTS in town.

I think it's the historical thing for me, and the fact that its a decent sized city, but it feels 'small town'.

Everything's good on my end here man. I've been away on vacation for 2 weeks, so i'm just getting back into the swing of things, perfect timing for the summer. Hope things are good with you too.

Sandbanks has everything to be amazing, but it's not. The biggest problem with Sandbanks is come summer time, on the weekends TONNES of city folk come up and the beach gets packed full. If you go during the week then it's a bit better, but it's a pretty popular spot. I still like going there, but not as much anymore.

So it should still be fine on a regular weekday then even during summer? If not, any other suggestions kinda in that range from Ottawa?

Hey guys, I guess my radar went off with your discussion on the Collingwood area. That was my hometown, lived there all the way through high school. Spent my summers as a kid on Wasaga too. My parents and sister still live in the area.

Yeah, a regular week day will still be a bit busy, but it'll be worth it. Just stay away on weekends, and especially on Long Weekends. They're insane. Last time I was there on a weekend there was a million Indians (dot, not feather) there with their tents set up and their belly dancing music just blasting. It was pretty annoying. I live like a hour from there, so I just NOPED out and went home. You'd have a little bit longer of a drive.

People today so funny but good moment for story time.

I swear I almost got into a fist fight last week when some guy thought someone cut him off so he blocks him off on a 1 lane road to confront him. Well A-hole blocks traffic and I'm first car behind them. After a min the a-hole is yelling at this guy to get out of his car and look at the "damage" I roll down my window and tell them to pull over so people can get by. He looks at me and yells "shut the fuuk up or I'll deal with you" well it's hot out, end of the day and it's Friday I don't want to wait. So I say again "just pull to the side people want to go home" so he takes a few steps towards my car so I step out so he sees what he's about to get into.

Remember I'm 6'3" and 300+ this dude was probably 5'9" and 170lbs he was in a pickup me in my little Focus. So he finally sees what he's about to get into and realizes he's going to lose no matter what unless he pulls something from his truck. He clearly knows that he's getting people angry and a few more are getting out of their cars especially a polar bear standing 20ft away from him. For the last time I motion to pull over so guess, he does probably the first right thing and they pull over. I go on my way and get my workout in.

Luckily it ended that way cause if a fight broke out that would have sucked, a lot no matter the outcome.

It went through my head briefly when he was yelling at the other driver. I saw the dude in a try be a dick and was speeding while the other driver was just merging to go around traffic. Fuuking little dude in a truck making up for a few things I assume.

Any of the CC ever imported a car INTO the States? I want to send my current vehicle down to Florida, but I want it to be registered in Florida. The biggest reason for this is so I don't have to drive it back every 2 years for an E-Test. Is the process the same as importing into Canada? IE: Pay the Duty, import it, register and plate it?

Making really decent strength gains. Size is coming slow as I need a **** ton of calories to bulk and lack the discipline to eat my face off at every meal.

Good, good. Well if you have the strength increase it may be time to change it up into a hypertrophy program. Keeps the strength maintained but the size should increase.

Getting into a fight is a hassle even if you could easily demolish the guy. BRB, having to clean the blood off your shirt…….nobody's got time for that.

Got the email I've been waiting a long time for. I finally graduated university, finished with a Bachelor's of Science in Strength and Conditioning and also apparently an Associated Degree in Personal Training. So now that means I can charge people on Instagram ridiculous amount of money for a cookie cutter program? or does that only work for ripped people?

Yeah, gonna have to start cramming in a couple peanut butter sandwiches and milk before bed to get the calories up. That way I can feel stuffed and sluggish but not give a fukk because I am going right to sleep.

Liquid calories will be your friend for bulking. Make homemade gainer shakes, have shakes between meals, shakes before meals, shakes during meals. But seriously bulking is easy, if cutting was as easy I'd be fuuking shredded.

CF comes in spurts. She was looking for you last time she was here I think. I honk her current job doesn't let her misc.

I'm with marccocia on the bulk/cut thing. In truth, we all have our issues. Some ppl really struggle to put weight on. Some of us… We just have to look and we get fatter. I'm currently eating a dozen eggs a day and I've lost 5lbs. My body is stupid and ONLY wants protein. If I look at anything else, I get fat.
