I'm with marccocia on the bulk/cut thing. In truth, we all have our issues. Some ppl really struggle to put weight on. Some of us… We just have to look and we get fatter. I'm currently eating a dozen eggs a day and I've lost 5lbs. My body is stupid and ONLY wants protein. If I look at anything else, I get fat.
Heard some guys at my gym, bunch of smaller power lifter. Heard one talking about how they ate in 1 day, 2 pizzas, bunch of ice cream, some donuts, etc and lost weight. Well yeah cause I heard what you ate and gained that weight for you.

Also my body is similar, it wants stupid amounts of protein to drop weight, go just over in carbs boom bloated. My body is so touchy with diet it would have to be a full time job tracking and eating if I was to really cut a lot.

I might have to do this. I've just been trying to avoid being a bro and pounding shakes.

Not trying to dreamer bulk, would just like to hit 250 and maintain there for a bit to get a new set point in order. Leaning out is generally pretty easy after that. But then, I don't get shredded. I see no reason to be super lean if I'm not entering a BB comp.

Few days and I'll be in Montreal drinking all the beer in Canada. ALL OF IT!

She was begging for those pics. And I had to send a few. my cock won't fit in a single picture.

I know you're just still mad that I wouldn't send any to you. They wouldn't be special and magical if I just passed them around.

Lmao. So many snakes at Costco, was going to do that with the fan I bought there last year, but the thing's too good and it's cheap. "Seville Classic" for the nighttime sweats bro up top.

Oh, and Toronto bros, any suggestions for deep tissue massage? Gone to a few RMTs but I want it deeper (no homo). Next thinking of trying SEMI on Sheppard. How about gyms? There's Fitness 365 which is apparently one of the few bodybuilder kind of gyms, then there's Dufferin North and I know nothing about that one.

I like this advice. Milk is far cheaper than whey/supps.

Probably also start adding in a PB sammich or two. Mostly because I love natty PB.

Milk considerably more expensive up there?

Just remembered that I gotta check the exchange rate and see whether Imma go in dry on Canada, or whether Canada will go in dry on me over the next few days.

Everything is generally a bit more expensive up here.

The exchange rate will be in your favor unless the POTUS is a Republican then it's Canada's time to shine.

I just joined a new gym. I've been waiting for 3 months for this place to open. Finally. They open (I signed up first to be a charter member cause $$$). And I hate it. I don't like the equipment. I don't like the set up. They have no stationary rack, or a regular squat rack, just cage and half cage and no trap bar… And get this…. TWO SMITH MACHINES.

I think I'm gonna have to bail. It looks like it's a gym geared for cross fitters.

I'm sad. This whole creature of habit thing is a major issue for me. Mregular gym is SO rammed all the time…

VERY few gyms have trap bars and I've lifted in more gyms than I can count. But yeah, it's honestly getting ridonculous. I went to my gym at 10 pm last night (!!!!!!) and all the bars were taken! Like WTF? Fitness is such a fad now. I miss the days when you'd go to a gym and the squat racks were always empty cause no one ever squatted or deadlifted. LOL

You gotta find a little hole in the way garage style gym. Not many people like going there cause it's no where as fancy as a commercial gym but the equipment is probably better.

Torque Barbell is close to me but Goodlife is WALKING distance and 24/7 and I like working out at some weird (late) hours so it's hard to beat the convenience. If I worked out at peak hours like 5-8 pm though I'd be at Torque.

Yeah Torque is getting better I was there when it just opened and it was good but meh looks like they upped their game from pics I've seen from the owner, but they are also not open 24/7 which is a pain for me at times.

The gym I go to is in Mississauga a bit of a drive but it's open 24/7 with a key fob. There have been times where I was the only one in there which was awesome.

I've gone to Torque just to look around. It's fairly small and some equipment is missing but very workable. The limited hours is what kills it for me though. At the end of the day, convenience trumps all so proximity and hours is the deciding factor for me.

Yeah there are times where I drive past it on the way to my gym and it's closed lol. I did like the intensity there which always made it good to lift and the people at the gym cause everyone was there for one purpose, lifting.

The gym I lift at is Grunt Performance. Pretty basic in terms of stuff, like zero machines, lots of free weights and space.

That's a Lifetime Fitness. I've seen a few others around Toronto. I swear those are just adult day cares, they cost so much and have more to do with not lifting than they do with lifting.
