AMC won’t survive without issuing more shares, capitalizing on the stock price rally is one of the few levers they have left to pull

How will AMC fail when it opens back up to full capacity? Not to mention the stock buyers might start going to AMC just because.

Stock price means nothing to their business if they can’t issue more shares to shore up their balance sheet

AMC was losing a lot of money for years before the pandemic, there’s a reason they were heavily shorted and that’s because they’re headed for bankruptcy

"Safe" play Im making right now is puts on the S&P diagnostic companies. ILMN, DXCM, IDXX are all up like 15-25% in the past month of almost non-stop green candles. Almost everytime they've broken 70 RSI on the daily they've dumped hard. I got puts on IDXX and set my limit on the bottom since it has a wide spread. Got filled and the stock started to dumped so im already up 25%. If it keeps following this pattern then its gonna be a 200-300% or more in 3-4 weeks.

agreed its annoying.

Its due to meeting the ever increasing crash test and emissions standards, while at the same time trying to stand out from the generic Honda/Toyota design of a sedan. They're new to the scene, They want to be unique enough so they stand out when you see them driving on the road, but there are only so many designs to work with when it comes to appeasing the NHTSA.

that's why ive been hesitant to hop in now…it's up like 40% since the announcement of their stock split, as much as i want to throw some money in i'm not confident about where it'll be short term
