Interdasting. I just looked it up. I used to go to "Kombat Arts" YEARS and YEARS ago to do BJJ which is in that same area …. maybe even the same building. Gave up after 2 moths though and went back to just lifting. LOL

I'm with marccocia on the bulk/cut thing. In truth, we all have our issues. Some ppl really struggle to put weight on. Some of us… We just have to look and we get fatter. I'm currently eating a dozen eggs a day and I've lost 5lbs. My body is stupid and ONLY wants protein. If I look at anything else, I get fat.

NO idea, literally was announced Monday morning. Don't have details yet. I was over at the office I will be working out of yesterday for the first time. No idea when the actual move will take place though.

Been watching the Euro, not as exciting as the world cup but a few matches have been good. Spain looking real good. I'd put them and France as the favourites right now, followed by Germany
