So I'm out in Kamloops, BC and holy crap it's pretty nice out here. Hopefully I have some time to explore and drive around but I'm training twice a day and it's a killer.

Just some pics from where I'm at in Kamloops. The past few days all I've done is go from my AirBnB to the track to the weightroom then back to my AirBnb. Hopefully tomorrow I can explore some more as it's my off day.

This is where I throw. Doesn't look all that amazing but it has produced many world level throwers and an Olympic Medalist.



Just some views from the training center which I think are pretty awesome compared to the flat, flat city of Toronto.

Went to gay pride parade with a girl this weekend and spent two hours shirtless.

Got more attention from dudes in 2 hours then I have from women in 34 years. One guy even slapped my ass walking by and according to the girl I was with some guys were pretending to take selfies next to me to snap pics of me. They're probably fapping to the pics as we speak.

I went to trenton for Canada day and got to watch the strongman competition and deadlift the car. That was fun.

Awesome actually. Have hit a few PR's in training which is great right now. Still have room to improve and a few more training sessions to get through. It's a world of difference when I'm working with my coach in person and at a world class facility.
