Needing to attend "higher" education is such a fallacy of life. When I was growing up that was the rhetoric all the way through. In Canada at least, we have an over-educated work force. There is a plethora of STEM majors that struggle to find jobs. I went the uni route as well and ended up getting a 2-year trade afterwards and never looked back.

There is just too many degrees coming out, and unfortunately a lot of those degrees are not employable from the get-go. Academia has a huge part of the blame on this. It's a business for them as well. If they don't keep enrolment growing they get less subsidies from the gubment, tuition, yada yada. How are they going to fund their left-wing machine with out an infinite amount of HS students more than willing to take out huge loans?

Definitely a lesson learned—I finished up 24% overall in May, June hasn’t been so kind.

All of us love to see the gains our bros are making. And we're all bros here even some of you can be massive *******s sometimes (we all have our moments including myself)

I've also posted my portfolio about as many times as anyone in here and been in these investing threads for 8ish years now

No I don't like to argue, I know you're not a dumbass. You've been getting emotional and its clouding your logic which makes u look like a sensitive dummy.

I think everyone in this thread would agree you're not making yourself look good by talking so much **** w/ out backing it up (post portfolio). Much love bro peace.
Never heard of her, and again, I don't see how posting my portfolio is relevant to the very simple criticism of bad advice. Do you guys just want to make fun of me? This is probably the third time I have to repeat myself that I never claimed to be an expert, I am always learning, and my portfolio is nothing special, in fact I am sure that I will get plenty of no avi trolls that pounce on it like vultures sensing weakness

Narration of my life story because you guys are so interested in me for some reason:
Spoiler!
Started out with Robinhood, made a little money, lost a little money, no charts for that because fuk them I'm not ever logging back in. Transferred to TD when their servers failed for the third time.

Initial "investment" was around 2k, just some leftover play money as I am learning and was in college at the time. Turned it into 11k during the crash then the federal reserve fukt me. Lost a lot and pulled a lot out for spending because I'm young/poor in an expensive state and can't gamble Daddy's money.

Second half of the chart is from trickling money in and out due to graduating from college not long ago and have been bouncing around entry level jobs in my field. I am up $50 as of this tax year and broke even yesterday (was previously down $200).

So basically this can be summed up as you talked a bunch of mad shyt to a poster who made a solid trade. You begged for his charts so he showed you his profitability for 6 months. You wanted more. So he showed you a full year of beating S&P. The entire point is perhaps you shouldn't try calling people out when your struggling to beat S&P with your limp dik portfolio.
