I barely lift…well that's kinda what my training looks like in the weight room but I can still put up decent numbers despite not doing anything over 60% of my max in a year.

No injury he's running me on a complex block periodization program because that's his training. It's very different from any type of training I have done in the past and as weird as it is based on what I do it's working.

I have been told by a female friend of mine the following regarding your situation:

Just looked Missy up expecting her to make noise. Seems like she got a back injury in 2014 that she hasnt completely healed from. Still due to return healthy in Tokyo. Penny will definitely be in her prime by then.
