We're in a big city with crazy traffic so I elected to pay for a taxi to the steakhouse. $20. Wife is all pissy that I didn't drive after 5 beers. Sorry, I thought $20 was a good trade off for not driving in the dark rain in crazy traffic in a city I'm not familiar with.

Yeah but then I had 2 tall ones with dinner and was comfortable knowing I had a safe ride. Ended up leaving and coming home early from our "weekend away" she was barking at me for almost 2 straight hours on the ride home. Time to fire up the guitar and play some Freebird.
