All of my renters have already paid.

Pro tip to landchads - encourage them to pay early to avoid the 'hassle'. Like the folks who pay off mortgages very early to avoid the psychological duress.

All but one of mine have paid off in full as well. The one who hasn't paid is a nurse sloot and works night shifts. I woke to a text saying she would be stopping by to drop off her rent today before her shift. Makes me feel very proud I am able to provide housing for these folks in return for large sums of cash on a monthly basis. Srs, vry srs.

I have seen A LOT of stressed out rentcels today. Rent falling due the day after their payday really comes down hard on them. Srs, vry srs.

Just made my payment on my mortgage. I'll sleep knowing that my money was put towards an investment that grows in value over time and I'll be able to profit on my housing later in life.
