Nerf to most assassins and exhaust change. New exhaust made swapped around attack speed reduction and damage dealt numbers around (iirc). So it impacts caster assassins a lot more than before (think lb, talon-kind of champions). That in combination with the fact that heal is broken means potency of the assassins dropped, leaves us with the shield/utility mids. I'm not complaining though, would rather vs an enemy soraka than zed seeing as i'm an adc main. Getting deleted, can't do chit about it is so much fun.

Did they make a bunch of nerfs to champs like LB, or did they make some broad nerf that affected assassins. I don't really keep up with the patch notes that often. I also main ADC so it's pretty nice not to get deleted, but I have to admit it's more boring to watch the support heavy mid lanes.

The possibility of support mid's happened at the beginning of S4 when they introduced scaling utility on the support champions. This, combined with the changes to gold/10 items and overall gold income changes, is what is allowing the supports to build AP in bot lane, then ppl realized they could sustain through the laning phase in mid and there we have it.

There have been some nerfs to assassins, but the significant changes have been the scaling utilities. It's why lulu can shield for +700

I'm in my B2 promotional matches. How come my teammates are Bronze, yet I'm getting matched against Silvers?

Promos are supposed to be difficult so that you can "prove" you deserve to be promoted. So your teammates will be lower ranked and your opponents will be higher ranked then your team.

oce promos are a joke was gold 5 last season this season im stuck silver 2-1 because in promos im versing gold 2's/gold 1's and i have silver 3-4's on my team

Need people to play with… tired of playing by myself and getting terrible people


I'm level 29, 2 of those Jayce losses were because I got straight disconnected from the match/internet stopped. Doesn't usually happen. 20 years old, -5 EST Timezone, I have Skype/Curse Voice whatever

Anyway, I have a few people on my list (and by few, I mean like 3) people that are actually good/play well. Honestly I want some more good players to DuoQ with, or just to play with in general.

I'll go anywhere. Right now I'm most comfy as Top Lane or Bot lane (Either ADC or Support, as support I'll rock either Taric or Annie [saving IP for next support]).

Just find it so annoying going into SoloQ, winning my lane, but then somehow every other ******* lane is getting stomped and we lose anyway.

Thanks. Feels good that I carried 10/0/7 as Lucian in my first match. Only my 3rd time using him too. He must be very OP if I can carry as a new Lucian. That or I was lucky and got matched with some bad silvers.

lol u wot m8. promos aren't supposed to be hard, division 1 itself was the proving ground, but they have since fixed that. you used to get piss all LP in division 1 of each league. for example you can be getting 20+ in plat 2, but once you go to p1 you are maxed out at 10/win. they've evened it out so now there is no artificial slowing (balance LP gain from div 5 to div 1). you don't necessarily get put into the worse team because you are in your promos. purple side generally has the higher elo. try lolnexus or do some more research brah
edit: blue side generally has a higher win rate in SR, to balance this they give purple side a slightly higher elo players (not by much)

Just got my first penta in season 4, was ranked . feels good man. It was an epic play too, gotta DL a recorder just for moments like this.

Happened so fast might be off a lil lol.

Was katarina

Team got caught, 50 minutes in. Everyone died except for me and sona. Enemy team all alive, They start hitting the only towers we have left (nexus towers), i dfg tryndamere instant kill him so he cant ult, while sona ults simultaneously. I got 2 kills instant tryndamere and vel'koz die. I pop zhonya , E-W Skarner then ult, .. Skarner and thresh die… Hear a ping on jinx, hitting our nexus from the backside, Had about 3 hits to be destroyed. (towers down). She had about 30% hp, E-W'd Penta. Team respawns run down and kill nexus. Was awesome lol.

I have, this is from my experience and from the experience of people I know who play. Not concrete evidence but from looking at the lolnexus of the promos me and 5+ other people, that is what I've observed.

I think if you check lolnexus you will see that both teams MMRs are fairly close. You probably have a high MMR or are getting silver 5s with low mmr. I placed into bronze 1 and my promo matches for silver were all against silver 2 and up but now in silver 4 I get anywhere from bronze 1 to silver 2 regularly.

only way this would happen is if you were duo queuing. when you duo queue, you play vs harder people. and by lolnexus, i don't mean you look at people's divisions. look at the team's MMR that is displayed. a g1 can have higher MMR than p5, divisions don't mean as much

My normal MMR is higher than my ranked MMR, I don't play ranked much bc I have to go super tryhard. But I have games where I get most of our kills and the rest are toxic and feed, this was the worst example with me winning lane 1v9, just hate the players, COD was honestly better

Seriously.

The "toxic" complainers are the ones who are probably just as toxic themselves.

I mean ****, I think I've lost my last 9/10 games in solo queue and demoted to Plat IV but I haven't raged at my teammates or tried to blame them. It's grossly over exaggerated the level of toxicity and trolling and people just need some sort of self-defense mechanism so they have an excuse as to why they're stuck in silver when they should be in LCS.

You don't play ranked because you have to tryhard.. so you go and play normals which are a ****ing joke and you're probably tryharding just the same? uw0tm8.

If you want to actually ever improve, you play ranked. And the "stress", the "tryharding", the "toxicity".. just sounds like lame excuses. You're spending 20+ minutes playing normals anyway. What is an extra 3 minutes in the pick and ban phase?

lol, you shouldn't be complaining. Right when I hit level 30, I started playing against diamond and platinum teams, where the minimum rank was gold for the other team. Not to mention most had 1-2k wins, when I only had like 180 wins. Bronze to Silver isn't even that bad. At first it was frustrating b/c my mechanics weren't solid, but within like 30-40 games, I've learned a hell of a lot and have gotten so much better.

Then why are you surprised to be playing vs better players if you play more normals? Sounds to me like you are the rager brah. So what if you have most of the kills? That means you couldn't carry because you weren't good enough. If you are constantly getting toxic teams it's probably because you are contributing to it. If you srsly want to win just mute everyone and get better
