As for what caused it, they really don't know but since i'm a perfectly healthy 28 year old with no past history, but if they were to guess it could have been the lifting. Who knows. I am kind of afraid of it happening again. Looks like no more angry lifting and just hope cardio and diet will help with stress.
Ugh… No angry lifting? Is life even worth living????

Crazy, in the town I grew up I would feel safe walking alone at night through any trail or street at any hour.

Lots of people don't even lock their front door and some ppl leave their garage door wide open.

Feels. I think most of my pr and best workout were anger fueled

I have a friend who keeps bugging me about moving to the US or to study in the US and he's surprised when I tell him I love it more here and wouldn't want to move down there.

Having a second home in the US? Sure
Vacationing? Sure
Studying? Maybe

But living there permanently? NothxJeff

Well to be fair, a lot of small town in the midwest do this too but up here, even cities like Montreal are relatively safe at night. Now of course the danger to have some fuked up chits happen to you increase at night but at the same time, what are you doing roaming the street at 2am?

Everywhere we have ever lived has felt safe to me. Thunder bay was the worst by FAR in terms of feeling unsafe. The natives there HATE you. That was the only place that I lived that locking my doors was important and where I would be careful. I still wandered around in the middle of the night alone though. Just not in certain parts of the city. Otherwise though, locking **** up for fear of safety? I've never had to. I did have someone break into my Astro van once… so they could have sex in it. They left the sub woofer and all the stereo equipment there.. just pushed it around in their dirty sex adventures. I was glad, someone had to christen that van.

Yea breaking and entering is also the only thing I've experienced in my druggy little town.

Brb 2am and some poverty dressed trashy sloot knocking on my door.
Brb 'gtfo of here and tell your ******* bf waiting in his car I'm coming outside right now'
Brb hear door close and car driving off

Another time the same summer, back when I didn't have a car so it looked like nobody was at my apartment, I am chilling on my computer when I hear my bedroom windows making clicking noises. I grab a baseball bat and pull the blind's string. It was fuking hilarious, the dude stopped and looked at me like a deer in your headlight for a solid 10seconds to process wtf just happened. Made a sign with my hand for him to come inside and he ran for it faster than fuking road runner.

I live in a basement apartment tho so its why its succeptible of getting broke in.

Back in Toronto I live in an area where not much happens at all Roasted can confirm on the area as well. But when I was a kid our house got broken into and they cleaned up pretty well. Stole my N64 and Gameboy my brother and I had a huge collection of games which we could never fully replace but we tried to. Other then that nothing goes on in my area.

I grew up in a town like that too… On the plus side, my sister and I will never move to a place where we haven't researched the fuk out of it beforehand now. We learned a valuable lesson that we'l never forget.

No worries brah, I'm off to NYC for work for 10 days for literally the 5-6th time in the past 3 months, will work like a dog and probably not work out once even though I'm motivated and WANT to work out….I could MAYBE work out today before I leave but I'm ditching the gym to hang out with a girl. I really hate my life right now.

Guys, guys, guys!!!! So currently within my season I'm also trying to make a Canadian team this summer and I just hit that standard for that today. They're taking top 2 guys and so far I'm the 2nd guy to achieve the standard in my event with about 6 weeks left in qualification. It's not guaranteed if I hit standard but I have it so now it's just time to increase it. It would be awesome to compete for Canada and get to travel to Korea this summer.

Well I'm #2 for people that can qualify for that event. In Canada I think I'm 3rd in the nation but some of the bigger guys have yet to throw so when that happens I'd probably be 5th or 6th.

Start with steak cut of choice. Thin cut preferably. If you want to be fancy you can marinate the steak. Cook them to liking then when done throw butter in pan and let all of the pieces soak in butter and hit with some salt.

Toast your bread I used Hawaiian sweet rolls which are awesome also hard to find in Canada. Toast them two slices on cheese of choice on bread and let melt. Start layering and add some BBQ sauce within slices and devour.

I can make it several different ways also depending on how lazy I am, what I have and what I feel like I can make some crazy stuff.
