For sure, not to mention the extra gas expended as you move inch by inch through the congestion. Just lol @ those who don't understand Time saved=$$$ saved. Anyways if you're stressing over the $2 increase you probably shouldn't own a car in the first place, just take public transit and uberpool to the inaccessible areas.

I know, I drive for work and I spend my time planning out my route and travel time to avoid traffic as much as possible. It sounds dumb for some but if I'm in my car for 2-4 hours vs 6+ I'm coming out on top.

I think people just like complaining at anything and everything these days.

Yeah man, I recently got the Waze app at the advice from my friend who lives in LA. Really good for navigating while you're on the way - accounts for traffic speed and updates you on the fastest route in real-time. Awesome for when road conditions change (i.e. rush hours). A little more dynamic than google maps but you have to make more turns

The 401 is worse and worse everytime I'm on it. I try to avoid the 407 because is $32 a trip. But I'm using it more and more because otherwise it makes my normally 3 hr trip turn into 5-6. Srs. You used to be able to time it… and as long as there were no massive accidents you could make decent time through TO. Not anymore. It's either fukked, or REALLY fukked.

Yeah I use it for work, a lot of the notices are not correct majority of the time but their routes are great.

I also use Waze over Google, because I can put things into the app myself while driving. 4 taps for traffic… 5 or 6 for police or a car on the side of the road.

LMAO!

It isn't in my hands, and like I said it's just a few taps. I know the location of what I use the most by heart.

Oh sweet didn't know about the tap features, going to start using them.

Also where my phone is mounted is on the vent between the wheel and radio, so it just looks like i'm just changing channels or something.

It's the orange button that appears on the map.

Mine's mounted close to the A-Frame on my windshield… Super sneakeh.

After that widely panned eulogy statement by our PM on Fidel, #TrudeauEulogies became a thing on twitter. Dying at some of them:

Yeah I know about the orange pin and all the options pop up. So if you tap it multiple times it will automatically do one of those?

Yeah. If you hit the thing then hit traffic, then choose Moderate/Heavy/Standstill, it'll mark it on the map for other Wazers. Or police. Or hazards, etc.

Was about to say, I know someone who lives by Queens and University paying $600 and that you fukked up. But then I saw you have a parking spot and they don't.

It's a good possibility. It's only November and this was my walk to class this morning.

I do love the look of snow or ice on tree branches; the only unfortunate thing is when they drop a load of snow on your head.

I didn't pull the trigger on anything yet, just found the place. They also probably live with a few people to drop the cost.

I think 10-15 min walk from Long Branch street car line. But I use my car all the time so it wouldn't matter.

Last night I tried pulling an all-nighter to research and write an essay due at 10am this morning but it took way longer than I expected and I was gonna miss the deadline…

And that's when the blessed weather gods sent another blizzard (worse than the pic above) and classes were cancelled and now I have an extra day to finish it!
