You see her lifts? All impressive, but that deadlift is beastly for a woman. Can't help but be mirin that chit!

Condolences. Dog is cute as fukk. WoodCuddle/10.

I have 4 dogs and have rescued/fostered a ton. Losing one is supposed to hurt, let it. You owe that to the pup. But then you owe it to the pup to give another dog a home who desperately needs one. Srs.

Thanks man. It is snowing today out here. Very fitting as she didn't like the cold and I didn't have enough time to get her something warmer yet.

It's been tough because I've fortunately never lost someone close to me except my grandfather who lost his battle to cancer. Once again I will use this as motivation to be a better man because I know they're looking down at me from a better place brah. Our family still have our bichon and he's been understandably very quiet and reserved today without his best friend. I will make sure he continues to adjust to his new environment and have a care-free life here in Canada. That's why we brought them here for.

On getting a new pup, I will strongly consider it, once I am at an established place after this grad school thing shakes out (job+not moving for the foreseeable future). Offering another pup a second chance in a stable and loving home would be awesome.

Honestly, wasn't good.

I was a kid at the time. dog lived to be 18 and was many years older than me. Was my best friend since the day I was born.

I was in wrestling and went to the gym early every day that week to take it out on the weights. Then when I got to practice I fought every other wrestler (and even called out the coaches) over and over until I couldn't even move or breathe. I think I wanted to hurt somebody or myself. Didn't stop when I left the gym, tho. I legit hated the world and everything in it. Took me a lot of time to calm down. Honestly, still hurts to think about too hard.

Now I focus on the time I had with them and am thankful I could give them some comfort despite the situations that many were in before they rescued me. Not gonna lie, it never gets easy. But I move on and take in another, seems the best way to honor the ones I've lost.

Think I got something in my eye . . .

Thanks for sharing brah. I can't imagine how I would react if I were in your shoes to be honest. 18 years though, that's a strong pupper.

I guess I just gotta constantly remind myself that she lived a good life, short, but a good life. She had a best friend in our bichon to play with each day after she came into our household. A lot of people on the street really liked her on our walks. Once my family went on a short day trip and took our dogs to a neighbouring city. While walking, some old man came up and pointed at her, saying "This one! I want to buy it.". LOL my mom was like 'u w0t m8??'. Just one of many great stories and memories I'll cherish.

When you can, hug your dogs for me brahs. They're definitely special.

Thanks man, those Western days where we find an empty classroom to cram for exams…feels so distant. Hope everything is alright with you man. All love. I will be alright with grad school apps. Thankfully got all my recs in order and just need to write my essays. Taking a couple days off because of this but I'll get back into the swing of things

Can't believe the outrageous energy mismanagement from the Ontario Liberals. I'm all in for slightly higher hydro fees for cleaner air but this is scandalous.

What a fiasco!

the ontario gov't rustles me so hard. crony capitalism of chit and incompetence at every level. and the people still vote for these idiots not realizing they are being nailed in the ass. this is what happens when the talent pool for politician is wafer thin and half your population works or serves the government/union.
