I think reading a book and having your pupper curl up next to you on the couch is one of the GOAT pastimes. I miss it.
Any 2017 resolutions guys?

Being huge is my natural state, but I love being able to do a lift that I wasn't able to do yesterday.

That feel when you write a concise and polished message on LinkedIn for a job and then your windows restarts by itself when you sleep and the tabs cannot be restored.
Is anyone else finding this issue in chrome, just the restoring part?

Any miscers in Quebec looking to adopt a new dog? I highly recommend you to take a look at this. My pupper that passed away was a stray dog in China. She was 2-months old at the time and might have been snatched away to be slaughtered for a restaurant, a fake fur factory, or even worse, one of these dog meat festivals. These 32 dogs in MTL, and others deserve a second chance as well so please consider adopting one of these pups if you feel you'll be ready to (some of them will be available starting Jan.) My pupper and I would be forever grateful.

Apparently the saved puppers are available in 5 humane societies across Ontario as well, so Ontario brahs should take a look!

Oh and hit weights 4 times a week, helps me become more mindful.
