After having a day to reflect, I'm less critical of Jimmy G today, but still critical. He didn't lose us the game on his own, but he also didnt put the team on his back and win it like last week in AZ. He was closer to losing it side for us than winning

With all the injuries and rookie kicker missing we still held our own. I think it's clear we are the better overall team. These guys really just need to get healthy

We need another good receiver that can be a deep threat IMO

Yet it didn't work all half, and he kept doing it and he went back to it on the final possession when if anything running clock could have at a minimum ended the game in a tie or given Seattle ball back with way less time to kick a winning FG.

Glad Sanders isn't serious, losing Blair sucks, heard we're working out guys and I'm not opposed to signing Damontre Moore back who looked good in preseason at edge. Activate Jullian Taylor gameday and also glad DJ Jones not serious groin injury.

NFL flexing the GB game helped us…screwed the Seahawks lol. They went from prime time Sunday night to an east coast 1pm kick at the Eagles.

When espn showed jimmy G's stats before the receiver injury( and after), it was obvious that he has 2 fav's to throw to. Getting him to work it around while people get healthy is the real challenge.

Yeah I can’t blame the calls. Execution was crap tho. They connect on those throws and nobody is complaining. Sucks but it’s how it goes.

Night and day difference with and without Sanders. It’s why I don’t put as much blame on Jimmy. Dude had 0 trust in his WRs. Even Deebo who was the only guy being consistent most of the game dropped a big one.

At least when you know you have your reliable guys out there you’re more likely to stand in there and deliver the ball while taking a hit. Do you take that hit if you’re not sure the guys you do have can even make the catch? Assuming they’re even in the spot they need to be in?

Ready to see how we respond this Sunday, what's done is done with the last game. I hope they come out ready to make up for their mistakes last game, especially on offense.

Sounds like there was an injury to Staley as well and he may miss more time…not sure how I feel about that. He was brutal on Monday night but Skule is still a rookie. Was just hoping it was a rust issue for Joe and he'd shake it off.

Would rather have Joe go up against a guy like Chandler Jones but we got it done enough against them at their house…hopefully Kittle and Sanders can play and we revive our running game.

But I don't know what it is about us playing Seattle…those games are just so fuking draining for us physically and sometimes mentally no matter what. Sucks to lose so many guys to injury and not get the W in the process.

Kittle not officially out but I fully expect him out, Sanders and Breida too.

Signed Damontre Moore back should be good enough to shore up depth while Blair is out.

We need to win this game this week before a really rough three game stretch then a falcons week, then two tough division games to finish off.

If we can pull out a win here while letting some guys rest up it will be HUGE.

This win is far from a guarantee if Kittle and Sanders are out. They were a huge reason we beat Arizona. Not having them in the game after our guys played a full OT game and have one less day to rest is not a good thing.

Just look at Atlanta upsetting New Orleans at their house. We better be ready to go and the guys that are available better fuking come to play!

Need this W bad. We lose and we hand Seattle the NFC West on their bye week. Absolutely a must that we win the rest of our home games this year.

Moving on from the painful L…

I loved Bosa coming out but damn…the dude has been playing way better than I expected. Shame he hasn't gotten sacks to add to his total last few games but it's hot/cold with mobile QBs, sometimes it's easier to get cheap sacks but tougher to get sacks that you can get by beating your guy vs the pocket guys.

Here are some really cool numbers related to Nick's play so far.

Positively graded plays by a rookie edge defender through the first 10 weeks since 2006:

1. Khalil Mack, 2014—91
2. Nick Bosa, 2019—85
3. Von Miller, 2011—70

Inc. plays nullified by penalty, Mack played 677 snaps in his timeframe. Miller played 557.

Bosa has played 399.

Hopefully he keeps growing just like the other guys and keeps dominating.

I'll be happy when he's back to rushing guys who can't move around like gazelles.

Another cool stat I saw was that this is the first loss he's had in two years.

Which is meaningless, but still cool.

Yeah happens a lot with rookies from big time programs though…I hope he won't see another one for a few years again

Game day! Expecting a better performance from the defense second time around and not on TNF. Interesting I heard Spoon will start, I hope this isn't a Staley/McGlinchey situation where he is very rusty because Mosely has played spectacularly.

Speaking of Staley I imagine Skule steps back in and hopefully he performs as he was and McGlinchey steps it up today and plays better than Monday.

No Kittle, no Breida, we are banged up at RB and WR and TE so I'm curious to see how we attack them and how well the offense performs after the MNF showing that was very sub par. I don't want to see a lot of pressure on Jimmy, I don't wanna see drops or turnovers, and I want to see a more balanced game plan where we can get a run game going and stick with it.

Today is a super important game to win and I hope they come out ready to put last week behind them and get back to winning.

If we drop this (looking likely), we are cooked for the division. Seattle takes over for the immediate future and I can’t see us pulling anything better than 1-2 of the next 3 games.

This offense is hot trash. The run game is done…

Nice turnaround so far. Hated that holding call…tough tough call. Any points coming out of the half will be great to keep some momentum. Man, we dug a serious hole to climb out of. Murray has been finding wide open players and Sherm is off.

This Cardinals team may be trouble in the next few years.

Lethargic start and costly penalties on both sides of the ball in inopportune times have hurt us.

A couple drops too. We looked to be getting back into it and a score to start the half will go a long way for our momentum.

Looks like Dee Ford not gonna be out there the rest of the game and of course we are already banged up which is playing a role in our offensive performance IMO.

They're gonna have to gut this one out. Division games always tough and especially when we spotted them 16 before we even realized a game was going on.

No more injuries and a win please. Go Niners!

Gandalf.

He’s the most frustrating player I’ve ever watched. I would take nearly any other starting QB over him with the exception of the completely terrible like MT. Yes, give me cousins over him.

Edit: Drunk and was pissed off. Still continue to get frustrated with his turnovers. He had a great game if he didn’t have the two…but the turnovers made the game much more difficult, crushing times.
