Be careful - that's how I jacked up my back (srs). I lift after work, and usually before I eat so I don't puke all over the garage. I had just gone from a bulk (+350 kcal) to cutting (-500 kcal) and was in a fog for the whole workout. I'm sure my form was crap and the front squats did me in. Still partially paying the price almost 2 years later.

you should do LISS fasted but eat pretty much all of your carbs for the day right before lifting imo

i could swear that lifting is making my cut worse. i was trying to find studies last night that showed body fat losses from lifting itself and wasn't seeing anything that was anywhere near as compelling as just walking srs

OK, so here are the pics in order so far:

Oct 1 when I first started:

Nov 1:

Dec 1:

Dec 14:

Dec 14 flexed (lolz):

the progress from the last 2 weeks isn't really that evident, but there is some

i'm gonna hold love handle fat until the last minute of this cut fuark

I'm gearing up for the longest 18 days of my life srs

taking the next few fridays off and i'm gonna spend endless hours walking

by the time i finish this cut, the whole misc is gonna be on that fasted LISS time dedsrs

Brah, I think I have those same pants.

Have you ever tried cardio other than walking? You may have discussed this in the thread but I missed it.

And yes weightlifting burns fat 24 hrs a day. Walking only momentarily during and slightly after.

my normal walking pace is pretty fast from doing this for many months (started doing a ton of walking way before oct 1)

i read a study that the pace at which you walk naturally burns pure fat pretty much and as you push it further, it switches to muscle glycogen really quickly. technically you're increasing the calorie burn but then you're more lightheaded since carbs are restricted etc. i would rather walk longer and burn all fat than fukk around with powerwalking and tap into glycogen.

a lot of recommendations are based on efficiency, which just isn't relevant for me.

you are not going to make itsee you 2020.

no offense but you have zero muscle. with this cut, your arms should at least look toned up but they still look skinny fat.

but maybe there will be a big surprise in 2 weeks. ban or no ban, keep going at it and come back as Misc King in 2020

Love handles of piss, shave or trim your body hair so you can see your real progress. I’d start a bro split and then do some cardio after if you want to. Your loss of fat could just be from no alcohol and diet, the LISS could be a big fukn waste of time and energy, but idk. Don’t want to beat a dead horse. Lift with more intensity.

it's supposed to be a waste of energy lol and my time is going to be spent fukken around anyway. if the choice is play diablo 3 or go walk for an hour, it's obvious that the walking is going to make some difference. we'll see what happens in the home stretch

Or just lift with intensity for an hour and then play Diablo 3, this doesn’t have to be as painful as you’re making it imo but to each their own. Good luck, stay strong <3

You are concerning yourself with the wrong things.Do whatever type of cardio, you as an individual prefer and can sustain.

There is no point in concerning yourself with such details for some tiny sliver of potential edge.
