We done this yet? Was picking up another Zastava yesterday, and the guy had 2 M9s, NIB.

Kinda hit me that hey, maybe they aren't the garbage I remember them being, because these haven't been through about 10 different grunts, and ****ty armorers.

So, grabbed them. Will run them tomorrow. Am I going to be disappoint, or is my thinking sound?

The platform sucks, .45 sucks. I can do more damage, carrying twice or even 3 times the load out, with a Five-Seven, shoot it all day, and be nowhere near as gassed as if I had to do the comparable with a 1911.

In other late breaking technological news, there's these things called "automobiles" now. No horses required.

Here in FL if you fukk with the trigger after a self defense event, they could see it as modifying the weapon to shoot faster

The instructor said trigger modifications are frowned upon in law enforcement.

Any particular reason you chose that trigger over a known offering, like Overwatch or Apex?

It's a bro science argument.

If they can say, "He modified his trigger so he could kill faster!"

Why couldn't they just say, "He carried a gun around because he wanted to kill"?

Both are retarded statements and if we go down the road of "what ifs" then we will convince ourselves to never use a gun in any capacity. What's your HD gun, an AR? Is your trigger stock? Do you have a light on it? Do you have literally anything on it that some fat idiot teaching a class could say it could be held against you?

Nuggz is right, no one cites anything for it. Point being, if you're going to be charged for any reason (even if it's due to leftist mobs as we've seen countless times in the past) they can theoretically say anything against you. Don't let that limit your options.

Poster is most likely referring to this. His mall ninja (who was a SEAL but can't talk about it because classified.) instructor doesn't know what he's talking about.

There's zero case law on it here in Florida. Zero.

Frankly the morons who get their lowers engraved with crap like, "Killin commies" or whatever, will be in way more trouble with a prosecutor and jury than anyone with a tuned trigger.

If you don't feel 100% convinced about it, ask a lawyer. Not a firearms instructor.

Filed down the firing pin and made it a machine gun.

If anyone remembers the Rittenhouse trial, the prosecutors tried to say using fmj rounds were more lethal because they travel through a person and continue on to hit anyone standing behind a target. Had Rittenhouse been using soft points or hollow points, the argument would have been that he was using even more lethal rounds. A prosecutor will try and use anything they can against you, but it doesn’t ever seem to work.
