Used to be thirty. With the way house prices have risen in the suburbs, it's gotta be like 33+ now for most of my generation…

It's weird how many Canadian things people in Buffalo enjoy. Also all of the sponsors from Canadian companies in Buffalo.

Yeah the major downfall living in Toronto. I'm not going to spend 3/4 to my whole paycheck on rent and there is no way I can buy a house here either.

Really? Shows what I know.

I thought bench would be big in a throwing sport to build that upper body push.

Don't tell him what you can squat. Seeing it again would break my heart . . .

I mean, everyday pretty much. Not working atm but don't live in the GTA. I venture up there a couple times a month.

I have a soft spot for German made cars. I have the Mercedes and Porsche museums in Stuttgart on my bucket list. I probably would skip most of the Murican made cars and Asians (no wacist).

You do but after a certain point it's diminishing returns. It's better to be explosive.

My best bench is only around 350. Would like to go over 405 one day.

As for squat my heavy reps should put my max higher than it actually is.

Yeah, I'd also love to break 405.

I'm sure what you squat for reps shames my 1RM.

What is the best way to work on explosiveness? Oly lifts or just throwing more?

Depends what your 1RM is.

For explosiveness it's best to work with low reps and high speed, constant work to have the muscle fibers adapt and be able to do the work.
