I don't max out often. Tonight I will most likely work up to a heavy single off a 1.5 board, then work up in my bench shirt to 2x515. If everything feels good, I'll take some heavier weight to a high board in the shirt to work on top end strength. Then some heavy triceps and upper back.

Sunday is deadlift day, I'll probably pull something moderately heavy with bands.

I can’t believe 2009 was 18 years ago.

In all seriousness, holy fukk I’ll be half way through my 40s by the time my next anniversary hits this October. Feels awesome man.

Edit: Hope you all are safe. I got hit with COVID the week of Thanksgiving and have not been to the gym since. Diet is still on point, but it’s taken some time to regain my energy and lung capacity. First day back today—wish me luck, thoughts and prayers pls.

I hear ya…everything so far has been "Weaksauce"

Only snow I dealt with was at Xmas at the Mother in laws in Cleveland and I was stuck inside.
I didnt even get to test out my new trail boss in the snow…

Retired…no smartphone….no neighbors……just holes…
