What's good OGs? Happy Hump Day! Things have been really busy the last few weeks–lifts with the trainer are still going well. I switched to sumo-style deadlifts and it's working out really well for me.

my new schedule is 7 am - 330 and I hit the gym right after work and hit 2 days 3 times a week.
had a nice session shoulders and traps pretty beat to shiet after all of the training this week I may go in on some legs they have been dormant.
first set today right off the back I hit 4 reps of 85 DBs seated shoulder press, then smashed 3 sets with the 80s.
