I've picked it up because of the show and because of some of the new era mma fighters like Wonderboy starting to utilize it in the cage.
I've did Karate as a kid until the 5th Kyu (first blue belt) and the techniques come back quickly now (dat muscle memory).
Just get your lazy ass up, it'll be fun!

As much as I like Cobra Kai i'd like for them to reference MMA considering MMA made fighting popular again





More than the fighting aspect, Cobra Kai has made me really interested in the California lifestyle. I've never been to West Coast

5x5 is the greatest program ever (well, so far).
