Uh you're giving up already despite a playoff spot. We have a chance against anyone with Sherman Tartt and Ford on the field

We don't know if they will be on the field. And if Jimmy G played like today it doesn't matter if the defense is healthy

At this point I just don't see us marching through 3 tough NFL teams and making it to the SB. A major switch will have to be flipped

This Buckner contract is going to be so interesting. He’s a leader of the team…but this is by far his least productive year and it’s the contract year.

I hope we find a way to keep him and Arik.

Brother…you need to settle down. It’s one loss. Seattle isn’t that scary if we can get sherm and most of the d line back. Ford isn’t coming but that’s okay.

It was a bad loss but calm your ****. This team doesn’t deserve a SB? Why cuz they’re hurt and failed to get a stop on D?

I want to know how we let Julio Jones have the best game of his season despite everything.

Zero pass rush against a weak oline and zero adjustments when we saw it wasn’t working.

I've had this uneasy feeling ever since the Seattle game

We are looking like the "what if" team right now. SB teams get there despite everything else that happens. We are going to be looking back at the end of this season like "What if XYZ didn't get injured?" "What if we didn't miss those 2 game winning FGs against Seattle and Baltimore?" "What if"

Baltimore, that's a team that deserves to be in the SB. They've played lights out and killed everyone

We could have easily lost to the Cards and Saints

Am I drunk and overreacting? Maybe a little. But we can't "What if" and "Jimmy G only played so and so games" and "Muh injuries" outta this one

Let them talk chit. This team is missing several key starters and failed to make a stand. We also had a crazy fumble with nobody touching him by our best player preventing the offense from killing the clock.

It’s a really tough loss but we still control our destiny. We win next two and we’re the #1 seed and hopefully one who gets their guys back for the playoffs.

Just can’t lose again. If we’re lucky the team uses this game as a major wake up call.

Check Baltimore’s injury list. Check other teams who have as many guys as we do on IR. I’m pretty sure we”re the only team in the playoffs that bad off.

That’s not even counting injuries but non IR ones.

Beat the Rams and then Seattle and we’re in good shape. We’ll see if they can get it done. Injuries can derail seasons. This team is tired and need a bye week bad.

When have we ever just walked into Seatle and got the W though

I dunno, if I had to place a bet right now, I wouldn't bet on us to win. Taking emotion out of it

You are talking out of emotion though. First we have to worry about the Rams but Seattle has won with smoke and mirrors this year and 2 wins were with the other team missing very makeable FG kicks.

I don’t know what will be the case for them in two weeks when we play but I know they had some injuries today. Clowney who pretty much single handily beat us is hurting.

As chitty as us losing this game today was, at least we didn’t suffer further injuries. The guys are pissed about this game. It could very well be a blessing disguise.

Win out and we’re good. Let’s not forget the expectations for this team were make the playoffs. We’ve done that. Hopefully we do our jobs and we get the bye and home field throughout.

I was afraid of this letdown but its not the end of the world. We still control our destiny and can still get a 1st rd bye.

Move on and let the falcon fans enjoy their 5th win.

We really need KW back for the Rams game at the very least. Our pass rush has not been the same with Ford out. Guys are tired and Nick is getting too many double teams and just doesn’t have the speed from the edge and teams are going to quick passes to ensure they can avoid the pressure and move the chains.

I’m also worried facing Donald without Richburg.

Can’t afford any off games now. Our playoffs start Saturday.

Man…we better win out now. I'm concerned with how our defense has played last couple of weeks. It's clear the dominant pass rush we had earlier in the year isn't there anymore. I think injuries are a part of it but I think the extra snaps are getting to them with the way early bye week(Buckner denies it but the proof is clear)

Rams have been hot/cold lately but they seem to have resolved some of their issues from earlier this season and will certainly be looking to f*ck us over. It goes without saying that we better not come out flat for this game. I think despite the talk of not overlooking the Falcons we did just that. And IMO it showed up even before the game with comments from Sherman saying how he'd play if it was needed but the coaches were being safe. If I'm Atlanta I'm showing that around to all the players saying "they don't think they need a guy like Sherman to beat us…let's show them otherwise". Clearly we needed Sherman.

The team has to treat each game like it's the playoffs right now because that bye week is THAT important for us. This team has definitely already completely exceeded my expectations for this season but I'd be lying if I'd be content with just getting into the playoffs and not doing anything this year.

IMO we're a better team than Seattle. It would be an absurdly ridiculous outcome if they won the division over us but end of the day we have to win the games that matter.

Beat the Rams then finally exercise our demons in Seattle and take the division and the #1 seed. Get healthier and make the run!

So y’all are gonna be mad because I’m a falcon fan but this is the second time this season I’ve seen Shanahan decide to throw with his avg at best QB instead of run and drain time off the clock in critical moments.

Thankfully for jimmys incomplete passes, Matt Ryan had enough time to drive down the field and get the W.

Neg away, but please remember that this same decision making is why he doesn’t have a SB ring with the best offensive talent he’s ever had.

Enjoy your win and loss of draft position but the reason the clock didn't move and you guys even got a chance to come back was because George Kittle lost his grip on the football.

And our "avg at best QB" is playing better than your apparently elite QB across the board in every category that actually helps win football games. And he's doing it in a season post ACL injury and with way less experience as a starter and without one of the top WRs in the game.

Team came out flat as hell. IMO they overlooked the Falcons.

Defense looked tired and slow at the end and couldn't hold the lead. Offense was pretty much a one Kittle show and despite his big game it helped Atlanta. Jimmy didn't look great but hard to say if guys were covered or not from game footage.

Team had a chance to close the game out on offense but George had a crazy play where he fumbled the ball without getting hit before picking up the 1st down(we recovered but had to settle for the FG)

Defense gave up last second TD to the one guy we had to cover to win the game.

This game showed the team that records dont' matter if you don't come to play whether at home or on the road you're not automatically going to win.

Have to win out now. Simple as that.

Dude get the **** out of this thread. Your subtle attempts at trolling are weak. Enjoy the fact that you got to face us with 60% of the secondary out and two of our key starters on DL out.

That QB you keep busting on has played better than your precious Matt Ryan this season and he doesn't have Julio Jones to throw to.

And the reason Kyle doesn't have a SB ring is because that QB you keep pretending is elite choked. Shame George's fumble didn't come earlier in the game.
