Concert was awesome, didn't know he sang I'm a believer until they played it. Came across as a really cool guy too. Now I see why he was the chit in the 70's and considered an all-time great.

When I was in Montreal last time, they were incredibly fond of their craft brews. Quebec has some amazingly good brasseries.

Not gonna lie, I had trouble keeping up. At 6'4" and 230+ lbs, I was under the impression that my tolerance was world class.

Dude, I thought you said you were a hardgainer? 6'4" at 230? Impressive height dawg, 230 was about the heaviest weight I have been, all of those calories made me strong but I looked like chit. Now I am losing weight and still not losing strength, maybe even a bit stronger, seems I am on the right track now.

Some of my friends on IG post new beers they are trying at all of these different places every week pretty much

I am. I'd like to hit 260+ lbs. 230 is smaller than you'd think at my height.

It is hard to keep up with all the new breweries opening all the time. Especially since I only drink on weekends.

As much as I appreciate our healthcare here, they sure **** up a lot. It's like… because it's all covered, people without real problems get seen and so they ignore everyone else.

Im not sure I mentioned it in here to you guys, but I randomly started having "panic/anxiety attacks" 2 years ago. I had to push like a mother fukker to get them to not blow me off, but they were seizures! Turns out I'm an epileptic and I spent two years without monitoring because they couldn't he bothered to listen or look into it further. Frustrates the fukk out of me. I basically had to self diagnose and track for a year before I could force them to get me a neurologist. And then it took me 9 months to actually get in to see him. Wtf.

Maybe you've been going to a chit hospital?

My Dad is a doctor and he does agree that the system can be abused by people with minor stuff like the cold. But in his experience, cases like yours get treated ASAP.

It's the family Dr. You tell them what's going on and they tell you it's panic attacks/anxiety. You tell them you don't FEEL anxious, and when you ARE anxious or messed up, the attacks don't happen. They say "PTSD works in weird ways if you never dealt with it. Do therapy, and here is some lorazepam". Do therapy and try lorazepam, mindfulness training, eliminate life stresses, meditate… no change. Lorezepam has no effect on the attacks.

Basically, I had to research and self diagnose. I charted everything, documented everything. Took videos of the attacks. Then I presented that to the dr and i was referred to a neuro and to get an ECG, even though I told them thwy are wasting resources and won't catch the attack unless they let me come in when I have the cluster. From that appointment, it took 9 months to see a neuro who confirmed my suspicions, gave me further tests and put me on anti seizure meds. There is something really messed up about suffering with 15 seizures a month for two years because they just decided I was having panic attacks.
