Back in the gym after 3 months OG's. Tore up my knee pretty bad awhile back and been doing PT, hasn't been doing much so I went in and did a one leg workout, weak AF but feels better than weeks of PT.

I feel you brother.

Got my right hamstring torn on Aug 22. It recurs every few years. The way how it happens is always the same. During jogging, I stumbled and my right leg tried to stop the fall and there, a familiar popping sound!!



Prior to that, I got COVID in late July - early Aug. Couldn't eat any food because of that strange taste COVID caused.



Still, W/O performance suffers, and also initially, I only could walk at 48mins/mile. Now a month later, still slow but finally I become able to jog with slight pain and limp at 19mins/mile.

I can't enjoy the scenery anymore because I have to keep watching the road surface ahead and be extremely careful.

I must add that my 63rd birthday was August, what a wonderful b-day gift!

I don't know why Big Ramy doesn't get the love he deserves. His build is like something a comic book illustrator would draw for a superhero. He lives upstairs in his gym, that's his whole life, don't think he's on "twitter" or social media much at all.

Met him at the Arnold, (5 years ago) he was waiting in line like a normie, very humble and approachable. Of course you can't talk to him because he speaks Egyption, his translator isn't exactly great with speaking English either.

I suspect that he will have a short run just because he is not as marketable and personable as Jay, Ronnie or the rest of the Americans.
