just threw another 2K in ethereum. Damn I wish I could catch it when it gets below $700. Need to wake up in the middle of the night to check

Next week going to start diversifying into some alts for 2018 long holds

Would it be a bad move to go balls deep in Raiblocks right now? Not sure if it will pump or dump when it goes to a real exchange. Mcap is still pretty low compared to iota. Seems like a lot of people want to get in on it. The bad part is paying a premium for them on bitgrail since the values of BTC and LTC are very low on that exchange

I dunno, bro. Those resistance lines in the candlestick chart crossed a few hours ago. From what I've learned in my studies, it's best to wait till they cross again. I'm sure a miscer that's more experienced than me will either correct me or confirm

I can see how it might succeed, but looks pretty risky to me personally.

It can be used to bridge currency. I think this is not exclusive to banks but it will be also available to individuals in the future. Once it is used as currency, you can send, convert, receive money in the form of xrp and convert it to fiat without (or less) the usual fees and taxes they impose on foreign currency exchanges. In the Philippines, I remember I'll get like PhP 45 to a US$ when I need some local currency but going back, I have to buy each dollar for like PhP 48. These fees can be reduced greatly with projects like ripple, OMG, etc.

It may not be that much here in the states since we mostly use US$ but ForEx in smaller countries are huge markets. In Asia alone, a lot of people work abroad and send money with different currencies to their home countries. So having XRP in your wallet in the future can work as currency in transactions like the above. About whether the banks will utilize it as currency, it remains to be seen.

Yes, it will work on your bittrex wallet. I'd just grab some before the airdrop. The announcement says "Dec 28th, 2017, at block height 1636363". And there are a few NXT block tracking sites where you can see what block height they are at.

It will probably just be a big pump right before that, and a dump after, which is what I should have done. But NXT is on a fire sale right now and IMO is actually a good coin
