But now I've noticed it just randomly switches over to roaming for 10-20 mins at a time when it's at home…I have wifi on anyways so it doesn't matter. But small stuff like that + my S7 not having LTE on their lame network is a buzz kill. Hoping Shaw starts dumping $$$ into them soon I don't wanna go back to Rogers
never heard of it. i'm on fido's $40 plan, it's great. unlim calling text etc, 4gb data, rogers reception.

Used to be with Freedom when I was living in the US and coming home back and forth. It worked well in the US but was dog chit in my home town and surrounding area. Do you live somewhat close to the border? I do and that roaming notification popped up often.

Friend of mine was on Freedom, had a chit ton of problems with getting reception.

Ya I dunno how I burn through so much data…usually at least 6GB a month but these $40 plans are awesome for most people

Ya I'm about 45-60 mins from the border and my plan actually gives me 1GB roaming data I can use in Canada or the US on top of the 8GB I get with their regular plan…just gotta put up with it for now I guess since it's about half what I was paying Rogers for 6GB when I was with them.

Freedom used to be Wind mobile for everyone info.

And exactly what you said: if you have reception home, at work and while commuting you're golden. Much cheaper than the other guys.

bc. special offer like 6 months ago, i think virgin or tmobile or something did it first (not sure if just for their customers or for everyone) then fido did the same just for their customers so they wouldn't all flock to the other company. was a pita getting it tho, their customer service line stopped working because of so many people calling it trying to get on it lol

Are you using the Shaw on the go WIFI? That cuts down on so much data usage unless you're streaming while you drive

That's sick man. I'm looking into buying a bike myself, once my achilles heel recover lol. Hopefully by the end of the summer, I'll have the savings and health to cycle around the city. Would be dope.

What did you do to your heel? That's a brutal place for an injury. Make sure you go to a place that'll fit you. Makes riding so much easier and enjoyable

Let me know if you find a place. Sucks to either have shirts with tight chests and shoulders so the waist fits or shirts that fit the chest and shoulder but the waist is so big you're swimming in it. Tall sizes would be nice, too.

Bad landing in basketball man…shoulda rested it more before playing on back-to-back days

Thanks for the tip! There's a MEC downtown that I will check out. Have a friend that's an avid cyclist, so I will ask for her advice as well.

found uniqlo stuff over the weekend. theres some elasticity in their cotton t-shirts ($14) without looking all under armour-y, they fit good at the shoulders and pecs without making u look like u got a fridge-taper.
