Would rape you for giving some of them dat der RBC's but on recharge it seems. Not enough blood to go around at the hospitals a quarter of the time – we need all we can get. Sounds like you did a red cell apheresis, so they may have been able to take twice as many RBC's from you. It's actually pretty awesome.

Still banging in the gym. Knee surgery last Fall, Shoulder surgery in a couple months.

Torn rotator cuff, can bench 245 x 8 but I threw a rock at a bird today and my shoulder was on fire for an hour.

The bird was a woodpecker chipping away at my soffit trying to nest in my roof. I think me and the little bastard have come to an understanding.

I've had them try to bore into my siding like that before. Stick a silver pinwheel up there, it will scare them away.

Slowly working getting back to it. Lost my passion for it back in late 2020/early 2021. I started lifting at 16, and got burnt out. Was boring me and got 0 enjoyment out of it. Was doing the minimum possible for awhile, getting my head back into lately. Always had trouble keeping the fat off, now at 38 (closer to 39) it's most definitely harder than ever before.

I know the going through the motions feelz. I had a forced break with 3 weeks being sick, but when I got back in the fire was rekindled. As guilty as you feel for taking an extended break, sometimes it's necessary.
