You can easily find what you want with a sociology degree. The jobs will become visible to you. If it’s not a field you want to be in then that’s probably not great.

I’d look up these key words to see what is around you

Program Associate
Program Specialist
Policy analyst
Community engagement
Outreach specialist
Research program assistant
Research support
Program evaluation
Technical assistance
