Kagan, Sotomayer, Jackson, Roberts, Barrett and Gorsuch strike Trump down


Dissenters will be Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh


Gorsuch could go with the dissenters, but it won't matter. Roberts and Barrett are for sure going with the liberals.

Granted, she typically sides with the conservatives on the bench most of the time, when it comes to these headline decisions she always cucks Trump.


I don't think Roberts like Trump very much either., and obviously these biases play a factor.


I'm sure some of these people were thinking of fucking Trump over today by trying to intimidate them showing up.
