I did a ton of really enjoyable things in the past 8 years, but I don't really need to live those years again. I've chosen to quadruple my salary and work a lot harder.

Lol, I was a major beneficiary of the booming property market over the past 10 years. My family net worth went from $20M to $50M, and most of that rise was due to my Development projects. At this point, I'm working on my own net worth as I need to make up for lost time on the grind of those projects.
