It's really not that crazy to have a net worth of $50M if you're a person who has been in Real Estate for 40 years. Most of these people just stayed in a single location and started buying and operating themselves. It's not rocket science.

You can quadruple major is bullshit, paper achievements mean nothing. If you are 23 and aren't living alone and covering your bills with at least something for savings at the end of the month, you are, in fact, a loser. I would bet your next lunch at McDonald's that she applied to 1,000 jobs, got stiffed and went back to what was comfortable for the last 4 years. Seen it many times, ends with more debt and more prices of paper that didn't work in the first place. Sad, she needs a multi millionaire to save her, step up.
