That super heavy bing drinking did me in . I drank over half a 40 on whisky and 14 beer on my Bday and felt Eire ever since not knowing my blood sugar went out of control.
Talked to the doc yesterday and in a few weeks if it’s not under control on the pills I’m taking it looks like I’m shooting up insulin.
Just tested a few minutes ago amd I’m over at 10.2 . You need to be at a max of 7.0 mmol/L .
I fking hate needles so I think it’s rope time tbh .
It’s unfortunate though because I’ve been unactve from injuries , and I doubt this would have happened otherwise. I should have been watching my diet very closely until i improved physically.
I guess if anything other Miscers can learn from my life fk ups

If it's really your thyroid
1. there is a test for it
2..there's drugs to correct your thyroid
3. The side effects are more than just weight gain
Your doctor is BSing you if he said thyroid and didn't order the blood test to confirm and put you on corrective meds

But there are other symptoms besides just weight, like energy levels, sleeping issues and hair loss

I was talking to my barber about this the other day srs. He’s in his late 50s, overweight and got diagnosed with prediabetes at the beginning of the year. Apparently his doctor immediately tried pushing Ozempic on him after his labs came back. Like a legit high pressure sales pitch.
To my barber’s credit, he told his doc to fuck off and got on a strict fitness routine instead. I recommend some things too and now he’s down 25lbs.
Pretty sad when you can’t even trust your medical professionals. They’re nothing but a bunch of big pharma shills. Our health is on our own hands brahs.

The overactive one she looked muscular and everyone thought she worked out a lot but really she just had very low body fat for a woman, she had a large clit too IDK if that's related. She actually wished she didn't have it despite looking for because she said she misses her curves
The other she had weight gain but IDK maybe 180 lbs max not like 300 pounds. On meds to control it but same with the other that a lot of symptoms remain even on meds. Hair loss, insomnia, problems with temperature regulation like hot or cold, fatigue ect. I'm actually convinced the t3/t4 they give you causes the insomnia
Most obese people their thyroid is in range and they would have went to a doctor due to all the other symptoms of they had a real thyroid problem but they're just fat
