The misc is dying because of Ozempic

What's the point of taking the journey if you can just cheat with a miracle drug that might fuck you up down the road.

At least you'll look good on the outside while your insides shrivel up.

It's a race to the bottom. Hold me misc.

Srs a doctor talked to me about my recent diabetes diagnosis and asked me about my financial situation, as she wanted me to take ozempic .
It’s 300 bucks a month and not covered, so I’m like no thx Geoff. I wouldn’t take it regardless tbh

Why don't people just take Adderall instead? Instead of jeopardizing your thyroid and pancreas, you can at least curb your appetite with legal meth and also increase productivity by 10x. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Back off on refined carbs and high PUFA oil and it should get better.

Ya I’m definitely doing everything I can srs. Zero alcohol, and choosing food with the least amount of sugar. Faurk it’s hard to find and decent bread or pasta .
I purchased this bread today , as when I googled it apparently it was about is good as it gets for no refined wheat etc. Sucks that steak and poultry are super expensive now

The problem with ozempic is that you never learn how to establish good habits with discipline and the minute you come off, you're prone to regaining the weight.

Still better off than Ozempic. The people on it are jeopardizing their health by exposing themselves to higher cancer risks. And once they're off their appetites and uncontrollable urge of cravings comes back quickly, and so does the weight.

Work on insulin sensitivity. The more sensitive you are, the more effective and important carbs are. That happens with cardio and being lean. If I don't consume carbs, I feel like shit.

why not just stack test tren and var? Ozempic sounds gay as fuck. It's giving 45 year old cat lady vibes.

Thats funny because the doctor told me it would be like a thousand bucks a month for ozempic, also tried to blame my thyroid and I was just like "I just eat too damn much".

Who the fuck even uses ozempic when Reta’s around and so easily purchasable from a reputable source? Or Tirz. Reconstitute it yourself and save hundreds per month.

If it's really your thyroid

1. there is a test for it

2..there's drugs to correct your thyroid

3. The side effects are more than just weight gain

Your doctor is BSing you if he said thyroid and didn't order the blood test to confirm and put you on corrective meds

What kind of scam is Canadian "free" healthcare if you have diagnosed diabetes but the drugs to treat it aren't covered by the state for a tax payer and are 300 a month

Let's be honest all of you take drugs. Something as simple as aspirin is a drug.

Always funny when the anti-drug crowd gets riled up because a new drug hits the market. If it's effective that's what matters most. Why you would turn down the additional support to better your life is always wild to me. As if living in obesity and being "drug free" is better than taking ozempic to drop yourself to a healthy weight.

The real problem with most fat loss pills is that they are a scam. But if this thing is actually effective to the point you don't eat then that's a good thing. Really don't know what all the negativity is about.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
