I can still out sprint every single person at the gym I go to. There's a few guys that can beat me at longer runs but they weigh 130lbs-140lbs.
That being said, my red blood cell count was high as is and now is really high from TRT. I think all EPO does is raise red blood cells so I might be cheating.

Well boyos, I'm closing in on 50. Been a great ride, Got Married at 36, kid at 40 and another at 43. Wife is quite a bit younger, but you know how women are. They lose attraction to their long term partners and make you suffer for it.
Glad I had a family later on in life, so I can enjoy young children and extend my own youth. Some of my friends kids are moving out and the parents are very sad about it.
The best year of my life was age 46. Any guesses why? I will say it only lasted that one year. Will be 47 very soon.

That said I’ll be 42 next month and yeah it’s kind of sad to know that most likely half of my life is over and my parents eventually won’t be here nor any of their friends I grew up knowing, and I have a small circle of friends where if something happens to any of them it becomes even smaller.
I’d much rather be alive than dead though. I’ve had friends that get married and throw out advice to me on getting married and not wanting to see me all alone one day only for them to now be divorced and back out there in the same boat. Bc they once had it they’re obsessed with finding it again. I’d rather be comfortable alone than miserable trying to get a sloot to marry me all so I don’t die alone.
