when i got drunk last night, i got into a really good mood. i was on YouTube searching up songs i haven't listened to in many years - some songs i hadn't heard in over 10 years! these songs brought back a lot of feels and nostalgia. i feel like i have re-discovered something great that goes beyond alcohol.

today was a good day. i feel like a new person.

no, i'm not drinking today - the liquor stores are already closed. so i was able to get drunk last night, and not continue drinking the next day.

as i like to say - moderation is key in life. if i can keep the drinking to once a week max, i think it can be a valuable thing in my life. something to enjoy responsibly. something to look forward to.

I had soup for lunch yesterday and meat based protein powder and a small scoop of amino acids for supper . I did cheat at midnight and had a can of oysters. Almost forgot a had two corn on the cobs and a half pint of sugarless frozen yogurt

Heading out soon for soup and quiche, and will probably have a steak and salad for supper.
But ya , it’s time to fast again soon

the easiest way is to just fast until evening time(which isnt hard in itself), then when u do eat a meal before bed, u will be fulfilled enough to sleep into the next day way under cal maintenance. it gets easier after the first week or so too. the hunger staves off

you're not getting that fat on soup, oysters, corn on the cob, and sugar free yogurt. you're eating a lot more than you're telling us.

you look like a snacker. you Boomers love to snack. i bet you're eating 2,000 calories of snacks alone.

you should be preparing 100% of your food at home. get an air fryer. no restaurants.

i do two meals a day. i typically wake up at 10 AM, eat my first meal at 12 PM, and second meal at 6 PM. i drink black coffee, tea, and sparkling water in between.

i find that trying to fit everything into one meal is too much. it makes me feel too full. also i have concerns about the body not absorbing all the nutrients if it's stuffed into one giant meal.

lol'd at boomers love to snack. after seeing the video of Tendonitis walking around in his garage, he does strike me as the kind of guy who likes to casually munch on chips or something and consume a ton of calories without realizing it.

you know he probably has those big giant family size cans of pretzels, peanuts, etc. in that garage that he plows through every day and doesn't count because they are "healthy" and "not potato chips".

i don't keep snacks in the house. and even if i did i have no room or desire in my stomach for them because i eat whole foods that are low calorie and nutrient dense and high volume and satiating.

oh yeah nuts are the worst. even though they are healthy, a small handful is over 300 calories.

i always weigh my nuts with a food scale to make sure i don't overdo it. you could easily consume a thousand calories in just a few minutes of munching.
