Can confirm on the 'if they have favourable opinion of you' part, this applies to people in general as well. If they like you, whatever you do or have done interest them. I learnt that hard lesson after start talking to more people.I used to think people like certain things. So, now i jus talk more if people want to know more.

Thought about wrasslin' before I even clicked on this thread.

That's the one thing I'm really closeted about. I just told people I was going to Texas this year and only mentioned that it was for Wrestlemania when asked, lol. But my oneitis started telling me about Total Divas and that's when I sorta came out of the closet about enjoying wrestling to her.

I also used to be REALLY into comic books. I never really mentioned that to girls, but even if I did, that probably wouldn't have been a big deal because that chit is cool now and even back in high school was sorta cool thanks to based Seth Cohen on The OC.

I don't think any hobby/interest these days can really put off girls if you own it and frame it the right way and if you're aesthetic/cool enough... Except for maybe being a brony.

I had a pretty hot coworker a few months back. One day I asked her if she drank alcohol (somehow the topic came up) and she said that she had never even tasted it. Then I asked her what she liked to do and what she did when she wanted to have fun. She said she didn't do anything other than spend time with her boyfriend. Boring af.

I've noticed the great majority of girls don't have any decent hobbies. Not even reading a damn book every now and then.

I found a cool video of 2 girls playing harp cover of some rock songs or something and showed her and she laughed

So i pretended to her that i used to play the harp in high school lol. She ripped the fuk out of me

And i acted like i knew what i was talking about with harp technical specs and told her how heavy it was carrying my harp around school.

Not weird if you understand how women work. They want everything from a man to be ''natural''. Yeah. It's similar to how we're attracted to HBBs with makeup because the makeup emphasizes traits we find attractive... But remove the makeup and it ruins the illusion.

Our brains in general only care about the finished product. Like a movie or stage performance, we don't want to see all the chit that goes on behind the scenes... We just want to be immersed in the product that's right in front of us.

Nah I don't have to worry about that. I make sure to specifically tailor all my hobbies and activities to be things that women would find attractive, because my life revolves around pleasing women and making sure they think i'm cool. I don't have time to do what makes me happy

Ha, also guessed it was wrestling from OP title. Definitely know what you and OP mean though, I actually use Total Divas as a feeler. Since a lot of women watch E! and the Kardashian shows, if they've seen and heard of that show I'll use it to segue and have gotten some interesting conversations from that. If they haven't, I don't even bother because its not worth trying to explain.

I've got this won though, I tell them I like daggers (srs).
I make knives for a hobby, starting from flat bars of steel to the final knife.



Have stopped mentioning it on the first date now, they're all polite but likely think of me as a serial killer.
Suppose that could have some benefits too though amirite...
