ITT: Typical misc idiots who have never been lean so they don't have a clue that it makes you 'look' as though you're gaining muscle.

OP stated his time frame at 4 months which is 16-17 weeks, most natty contest preps are 16-20 weeks why are you idiots so disillusioned as to what can be done on a proper diet in that timeframe?

Honestly it's fuking sad that it's as easy as taking an unflattering before picture and taking a nicely angled photo with downlighting for an after picture after a contest prep and all the beginners come out screaming non natty.

Always the guys with chit physiques and no experience under their belts that are the know it alls on this forum.

you virtually copied my post. Being lean, getting a pump, and standing under down lighting, that is the trick to most progress pics. It gives the illusion of so much size and definition.

^^^ Leanness is a powerful weapon. Want to look like you gained 10 lbs. of muscle? Lose 10 lbs. of fat. And of course the lighting and angle make a difference, but leanness is king for this kind of look.

Sorry m8.

But it is true and I guarantee that I could take 2 pics in the same day where the misc would both say I look like crap and the other where there's no way I could be natty.

Just as simple as finding some bad lighting, unflattering angle, and bloating up after some food.

Next pic, go to the gym, get a pump, find great lighting, and use good angles.

I sort of want to try this to expose how fuking retarded these posters are who come into all these threads.

I use the 35 45 20 split, then if i felt i was behind i would lower carb. If i cut carbs drastically then i lose alot of fat, if i keep them in fat loss is tough but muscles don't suffer.

I'm actually doing alot of cardio also, sunday i done 86mins on stepmill which was total burn of 1000kcal.

If you want it you will get it, people will always doubt you, i knew that all along.

Why would he think im involved in the fitness industry?

Im merely posting my progress pics on a bodybuilding forum explaining my new training method i have adapted with great results. Im not trying to make any money from this, im just sharing my experience.

Is OP's transformation possible for a natty? Yes

Is OP natty? I have no idea

These are the only logical answers.

Good job OP, you look much better. I would hold around upper 170's as there's not much benefit to going lower than that.

On a case by case basis you are right, it is impossible for us miscers to know for sure.

Generally though if results fall within certain bounds (physical bounds and not a deceptive/ambiguous picture) we can say whether or not it's plausible. There are really some borderline cases that'll make anyone with experience and knowledge scratch their heads, though.
