4 month transformation legit. 5 weeks out (pics)
Following on from yesterdays thread regarding different training styles other than just training heavy i have adapted a slow contraction style of training which has seen me get the best results i think i have ever had in the shortest period of time. I'm not saying this is the best way but from my experience this has been very successful for me.
Started actually tracking macros during this with great results, imo your stupid not to.
My lifts are not heavy at all but are all under complete control and at a slow tempo stats currently are:
Bench 90kg 11 reps
Squat 90kg 15 reps
Deadlift 140kg 12 reps
Although i am capable of lifting alot heavier i have made sure if i do not do completely perfect form for a rep i will stop and drop the weight and maintain perfect form.
This is completely natural transformation only supplements i have used are:
Whey protein
Casein
BCAA 4-1-1
Pre Workout (the curse)
Creatine monohydrate
Maltodextrin
CLA (recently started, do not think it works)
This is me on 18th of January this year at 202lb's:

And here is me as of today currently at 183lb's:

Here is my weigh ins for the past 4 months:

Will be doing my first mens physique show in 5 weeks, still a long way to go and slightly behind weight wise but think i will make it! I have worked my ass off the past 4 months literally this was my only focus, all paying off now.

Give that in a 4 month period you lost 20lb and you are not a beginning lifter, you most likely gained 0 muscle. It is very hard to gain muscle while on such a deficit. I.e your routine didn't matter , you maintained muscle and cut bf, a successful cut.
The change and lighting and your leaness just gives the illusion that you've gained . Ask any guy that is lean, and the biggest trick to your progress was getting lean, changing the lighting dramatically, and a pump. Lighting + pump can make even Natty's look unnatty.
