When I say feminine man, I mean a dude who isn't connected to his inner masculinity. There are traits associated with each type of energy.

Masculine = strong willed, mentally unshakeable (at least when he's most needed), the granite that less stronger energies hold onto for support. Think of this energy as the rock or a mountain. Solid in the face of changing winds of time.

Comfortable with how presents himself an acts, presenting feminine (short gel nails, dyed hair, nose stud, tight jeans , open to express himself and his emotions, artistic, charismatic, understanding and flexible to those he cares about, manipulative and oppressive to those he doesn't care about, subtly controlling to those around him. Magnetic personality that is adaptable to every circumstance. Underlying dominance in relations and groups while still presenting himself comfortably.

Edit: very pretty and attractive, strong jaw and hair.

Typically I am the classical "nice guy" who isn't really looking to hook up with incredibly drunk girls. Mainly because I've been dating a great girl for a number of years now, and thus willing to go out with friends and be "the protector" from rando gross bar/club FAs looking to take advantage of drunk friends.

Also, mainly because of my profession, I have a lot of female friends. Again, probably drawn to me because I don't try and hook up with them ever.
