I am telling you man....it sounds like the logical thing to do but it will phuck with your head. I got up to 215 pretty lean recently but then stopped watching my caloric intake and protein intake for like 10 days. Got on the scale and I dropped down to 204.

I have been mindphucked since.

Does this mean OP is finally jumping off the bike?

I'm thinking the same thing, would seem like an 'okay' weight without losing that obvious muscular build

OP I have done the same thing and haven't regretted a thing. I've been 6'1 230 @ 10% BF and am now around ~200 lbs @ 11% BF and look better, feel much better, and addressed all the same issues you mentioned in your post. ~200 lbs is the GOAT weight (for 6'0-6'1 brahs, can convert it to your height) IMO in terms of looking lean and muscular and not overly bulky and bloated. I get lots of compliments on my body and don't have people stare at me like I'm a fuking weirdo.

Clothes are a bitch to fit properly
Get winded from a flight or 2 of stairs
Sweat so easily from carrying around the muscle
Spend about 2-3x what a normal person would spend on food monthly

I plan to just go starvation mode for the next few months- lose body fat and whatever muscle goes with it.
I feel your pain bro. I will add that people say and do the strangest things when I am around.
