LOL at her trying to be "cool" in front of a douchebag.

Yes, lame thread. Any girl who says this is full of crap. Period.

After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. what conclusion led to me being a douchebag? I love it. As men we should try to elevate each other, but all we do is put each other down. I'm aware of this, and try to be positive towards others. Good luck boyo

Srsly men & women aren't all that different; what would you get mad at - that they'd cheated or they'd been lazy about covering it up?
If you give a sliver of a fk, you are hurt, angry, feel sick etc. when someone cheats.

Theory for what she said;

> She doesn't think she could get/keep you without offering something like this, she's thinks she's below your league.
> She actually wants an open relationship and is just emphasising your freedom; do you really think someone who has given someone else permisson to cheat would turn down an attractive opportunity if it came their way.
> She believes all men/people cheat, it's inevitable .. she believes this because of previous relationships and/or her own behaviour. She thinks she's being all mature and practical, she's not.

I believe the desire to want other women is there. The men that don't cheat, don't act on the desire because we love and respect our partner.

Any man that disagrees with that is lying to themselves.

Girls would rather share a high value male then have a low value male to themselves. This has already been posted on misc for years now and it's well known.

HOWEVER, for a girl to tell you she's ok with it rather then internalize it is a huge red flag. This is the same type of girl that will justify anything (AKA cheating on you, if the opportunity presents). Basically this is an open relationship, expect her to be taking multiple dicks alongside yours.

I poorly left critical info out in the OP it seems. There is no relationship. I am not romantically involved with this person. Also, she is someone that I see as extremely loyal, and not born in the states. If that means anything at all

That's sad - seems like she believes you can't expect fidelity from someone. She's gonna make her life pretty unhappy and fked up with that attitude; instead of believing there are some men who don't cheat.

I also know a girl whose Dad cheated repeatedly on her Mum (with somewhat of a pass from the Mum to be fair), but what I notice about her is that her moral boundaries are all vague, sketchy & grey as well .. she has done some things in relationships that made me big-time WTF. It doesn't always go just one way.

In all srsness I think all humans, regardless of gender, have more in common than they have different.
Go on any female dominated relationships forum e.g. mumsnet and you'd think men were the absolute scum of the earth, you'll see people saying 'men!', 'typical men', 'they think they can blah blah' .. about exactly the same behaviour guys refer to in females on here.
People of both sexes refer to low integrity, sociopathic behaviour as typical of the opposite sex; nah, it's typical of sociopathic people with low integrity.

Stay mad or answer the question. It's legitimate

Listen boys, I've got a lot of jewels to pass on regarding women. We can either engage in some conversation like grown ass men & sharpen our sword, or we can be mad and bitter.
Men and women are the same. We're both programmed for not only genetic strength but genetic variety.

It's like that across multiple species. Men and women historically have been just as promiscuous it's just the penalty for women was harsh. Death, disfigurement homelessness.

It's not the fact someone has sex with someone else that's the issue. It's the deceit that's the issue. The lying, the breaking of a promise etc. The feeling or fear of replacement.

That's what really bothers people about cheating.

While out getting trashed at a bar on Hollywood Blvd; we get on the topic of cheating. Essentially, she said she wouldn't mind if I cheated on her, AS LONG as I don't let her find out. This boosted her to a 9/10 to a drunk Drvillain at the time, and I wanted to fuk her right there in the bar.

Now I don't cheat, I never have, as I think it's an integrity thing.

This made me wonder though, do all women expect us to cheat? Do you think they get mad at the fact that we cheated, or the fact that we were lazy enough to let them find out?

Correct that desire and attraction exists both for men and women in LTRs. It is what you do with that attraction. You have three choices basically monogamy with fidelity. Open relationship model ( there are several different models) or infidelity ( morally wrong)

To think a woman can't be head over heels in love with you and attracted to other men on a daily basis is a falicy.

Attraction isn't a choice it's an instinct buried in the subconscious of our minds.

it also means she is either a liar or has never loved anyone. If she is lying it is because she is desperate or a sociopath.

A man can cheat and still love his girl. If a woman cheats, I don't think she loves her man the same way.

Sounds right as long as we are talking about a mentally healthy woman.

Solid list.

FWIW I do see her point though. Cheating could just mean that you had an opportunity that you found too good to pass on...sucks, but not exactly malicious.

Not keeping it on the DL is next level because it shows that not only do you not respect a commitment to the relationship you also don't care if you hurt her, or IOW DGAF. That's like you aren't even friends and you have no care or respect for her at all.

What I've heard about Europe and the supposed accepted cheating is that while stepping out on your spouse is kind of expected being open about it is considered gauche.

There's also the resources issue - a cheating male partner takes resources away from that woman & their kids.
A cheating female partner 'steals' a man's resources to support other men's kids.
Those could underpin why we react the way we do to cheating and are possessive/pair-bond in the first place.

This is a big over-simplification. Why do you think sperm competition etc. exists if it's so uncommon for women to have multiple partners around the same time. Why is such a proportion of the population not fathered by the men who are supposedly their fathers. Some scientists even think women are wired to cheat or have kids with multiple men for genetic variety/breadth in the population (esp. because you can only get 15-20 (on a good day) kids out of each women).

It's the exact same if they're cheating for excitment. It's just most women do a risk reward and will only cheat when they are seriously unhappy.

But trust me just having sex with someone doesn't equate to love or a lack of love. It's just an act.

Changes nothing ,if you're banging her she's going to be banging other people relationship or not. You said you found this woman working a bar, lets be real here. You really think the unicorn of women exists and works in a bar? But she's from a non-western country right? Sound's like she's adjusting really well to western values to me.

Like i said, women are happier to share high value then own low value. BUT she fuking told you this, she's basically inviting you to an open relationship where she doesn't have to feel bad if she can't score someone of equal value to you (because she's a 5/10). Any woman who would openly admit to being ok with being cheated on is damaged, dangerous and not quality mating material, I'd not be suprised if her killcount was in the hundreds, especially working in a bar with access to the entire sexually active portion of the population every day at work.

Some girls.

Others (most, I'd argue) will take as high value as they can get; while not sharing.

Being part of a harem has always been extremely competitive, stressful and uncertain.

90% of the men where I live cheat. The 10% who don't are either very religious or asexual.

It's not that they can't control themselves but because my culture is accepting of cheating from men because, "it's what men do." Without any real social stigma against it, most men don't even try not to. Recently, one of my distant cousins propositioned me the week before his wedding. I loled in shock and asked him how he could be so brazen and if he loved his fiancee. His response was, "of course I love my fiancee - what does sex have to do with my love for her?"

Women know it and they accept it as a part of life as long as the man does not bring public shame to the family and is a good husband/husband-to-be in other aspects.

Personally, I am not and will never be okay with cheating. But it's next to impossible to find non religious men who think the same and I am not about to start believing in some guy in the sky just so I can find a man who might not cheat so I've embraced a lifetime of celibacy.

& this is what I've been saying ITT. The mindset of the men you're talking, is why I think she ultimately said that she is ok with cheating. Now while I do see where the men are coming from; I think if you get in a relationship, you have to sacrifice fooling around with other women. It really is a respect thing. If your partner has an issue with something, you have to compromise and try to acomodate. EAOP, you hold yourself to a higher standard and deserve more than what they could give. I do think you're self sabotaging by embracing lifetime celibacy.

What I've heard about Europe and the supposed accepted cheating is that while stepping out on your spouse is kind of expected being open about it is considered gauche.
would rep if I could.

The concept of a man "cheating" came along with Christinsanity and has been emphasized tenfold in recent decades by the rise of feminism and the demise of patriarchy.

"Cheating" as we know it DID NOT EXIST in antiquity.

e.g.

Greek and Roman men were fully permitted to fuk as many slaves and prostitutes as they wanted (and they did--oh boy they did) and their wives tolerated and accepted this. It was a part of the MASCULINE, HEALTHY culture. And a reward for being a male member of a valiant tribe/city state/nation.

It was only "cheating" when a Roman or Greek man fukked a female Roman/Greek citizen. But in that case the man was actually cheating (dishonoring/disrespecting) the husband, father, male family members of the female citizen that he fukked. And the punishments for such liaisons were severe.

In today's world, the Orthodox Jewish community (particularly in Israel) is a perfect example of this ancient tradition, where the men are constantly fukking sex slave shiksas imported from Eastern Europe (Israel ranks highest in the world when it comes to sex slavery and human trafficking) and the Jewess wives DGAF. In fact, they're relieved because they don't have to fuk their ugly-ass, disgusting husbands unless it's time to procreate some little bloodsucking Jewniors.
