Once you stop randomly fcking around in the gym, you will get better results.

It's just newbie gains. In one study, all the guys did was stretch one calf 4 times a week for 10 weeks. That calf got 26% stronger, and the opposite unstretched calf got 10% stronger. Does this mean that if Kimberley Walford, who has deadlifted 555lbs, just stretched her hamstrings first, she'd do 26% more and pull 700lbs? No. All it means is that if you were doing nothing and are now doing something, you'll get better whatever you do.

The newbie effect works for about 6 weeks. After that things settle down and you go back to spinning your wheels like most people in the gym.
