The next solar eclipse will be April 8, 2024. Where do you think you'll be in life?

Competing at the national level in Strongman, hopefully with a decent woman in my life, and starting my own gym. Srs. I've slacked in life, and I'm making up for lost time. Seize the day brahs, seize your life.

So seven years ago was 2010 and it honestly doesn't seem like it was that long ago at all. 2024 will be here before you know it.
Unfortunately I see a lot of death. My grandmother is 92 and I really can't realistically see her still here in 7 years. Sometimes it's surprising she's still here. My dog is 9, she's a mix, near life expectancy of her one breed and her other breed is about 14 or so max, so she won't be here and honestly that one really hurts because she's my baby. My kitty is 14 now, although her breed does have a long life, lets be real. Besides my GF of 5 years, they are the only one's close to me so I'll be pretty hurt for a while and things will be different.

I'll be optimistic and hope to be married, maybe have a potential kid. Get more IT certs and find something that I really enjoy that will pay over 6 figures. The type of IT work I do now, I can't deal with it anymore.

Working for the FBI, and doing personal training on the side living by the beach somewhere with my husband and two kids and winning IPF worlds in the 63/72 kg weight classes hopefully.

Are you aware that the eclipse in 2024 is gonna cross from the SW to the NE and when you superimpose that path with the path of the recent eclipse, it forms an X, much like the the Stars and Bars, on the US.
Take that into account with all the recent hate of the confederacy and I prophesize...

Most of my mass will have cycled into the environment by then. Perhaps much of the energy that comes from breaking down my flesh will help sustain other forms of life, such as bacteria and fungi. They will succed where I failed and survive to reproduce. I will be a fleeting memory that only my father and brother will reluctantly remember.
Or maybe I'll become a legendary gentleman and they will lock me away in a glorious palace where I will spend the remainder of my days fellating a very large, very black man named Bubba after he sensibly removes all of my teeth.
Or maybe I'll get laid. Fingers crossed.

I'll probably be retired by then, or at least on a "mini-retirement".
