What is you feeling, or concerns, about the boundless rise of technology? In so far as it is making life easier but also less secure.

It's a double edge sword. The ease of use, and accessibility is tremendous, but it is requiring less effort on our end to be skillful. If we fully depend on technology, and that technology fails us, we will be completely ass out because we no longer work the skills necessary to function without that dependency.

Ex: I'm a Pilot, and we now have all these great high tech gadgets and iPads that do the math & generally make life easier. I've been trained from day one to never use these until I can pull out a map a ruler, and do the necessary weather readings and equations myself, because if that tech were to fail in the sky, someone needs to be able to get the aircraft to it's destination on skill & on the go planning alone.

It's the same thing with television, Dating apps, & video games. We are becoming more socially inept, because we no longer feel the need to rely on each other to survive. Everything has been made far too simple, and we are slowly constricting the very core basic social needs to function.

I know there's a bunch of sad men out there. Ask me a question, and help me help you change your life.

Tired of your mom yelling at you all the time?
Does your girl call you a *******?
Are you ashamed of wacking it off every night to the girl that sits across from you in class?
Call me now

Peeked at your IG. Your looks will NEVER be an issue, so I'll keep this simple.

You have to believe you're the ****, and you have to be the **** all the time. Job, Hygiene, Physique, Intelligence, Assertive. If you're good looking, but dumb as bricks; pick up a book and start reading. Be righteous and credible at all times, don't apologize, and go after whoever you believe to be an 8/10+. Also, know that women are generally attracted to the man that other women find attractive.

Without more details:

You gave them the tools, but you can't force them to do something either, without resentment for you and/or the thing they said. Sometimes you have to let them find their own way, but step in if you see them going in the wrong direction. I'm assuming your kid is young, so their mind will change all the time, until they find their place. My own mom was incredibly strict with my brothers and I, and she tried to strong arm me into doing things. I started to dislike the activity simply because I was too prideful to bend to her will.

Give me pro's/con's of being a pilot. looks like a really good career compared to a lot of other jobs so coming up with cons might be tough haha

He's 16 ...he wanted to get fitter and build some, not lots, of muscle. I brought him to the gym, I got that no kid would want their mom showing them the ropes so I got him a trainer, I encouraged him to go twice on his own (sometimes with me, he didn't seem to mind but it meant I didn't get a proper workout in tbh) ..it was fine for around 6 weeks ...and then 2 week vacation and now all I get is "I'll go tomorrow"

Have just said "it's your goals, I can't do it for you" ..but I'm thinking a few years of the hormonal profile of the hypertrophy gods don't waste it

There is a drought of Pilots, so now is definitely the best time to get into it.

Cons:

-It's a long grind to get to where you want to be.
-It's incredibly expensive, so you'll be a peasant financially for a long time

The military is the best option for this. I honestly hate that I love flying.

people that go to the gym for any other reason than they enjoy it will just give up anyways

no point in pushing him if he doesn't like it. lifting isn't for everyone

my roommate was like this and he eventually quit

It definitely is a waste, but the desire to change has to come from within. If he doesn't truly want it, then he wont stick with it. You've done your part. You've given him the opportunity to try it out, & even got a trainer to teach and motivate him. There's a good chance he'll pick it up as he gets older, but you just have to accept that he doesn't truly care about it right now.

It especially doesn't help that he's act that age where he is figuring himself out, and may start rebelling soon.

All you can do is hit the restart button, and start building on those things you lost again. The moment you give up is the moment you lose. Try to stay positive and work on the small things that will eventually get you where you want to be.

Wish I could be more specific for you

I'm 26. I believe that I can get whatever "caliber" chick that I prefer. I've attracted beautiful women, and I've fallen for what others would deem "average". I'm not intimidated by anyone's beauty, and see it all as fair game.

Serving, and Bartending were the best things that I've done for my confidence after I stopped playing football

I've been 215 and still got girls. I wouldn't say I was fat though. I'm 160-165 now. I've never had the inability to attract women ever. Even when I had low self esteem I've had options.

Best of luck man. You're only 20 so you've got a lot of time to figure it out. Try a test flight at a pilot program and see if you like it. It'll be cheap and only 30 minutes or so.

You're attractive, I doubt you'll have any issues dating again. I will say that I've always found it attractive when a woman would approach me herself sober. It's a pleasant surprise.

I noticed that I am on Tinder as soon as I get out of bed, swiping for like 30 minutes. Through the day I often go to my phone just to swipe. When I found a good match, I lose interest quite fast - it is more about the hunt than the actual closing I would say. However, it also gives me my sugarwall action from time to time and I know I need to invest time but sometimes it get's crazy.

Oh, and as of September I will stop smoking the green icky for some time. I won't do this alone, with some other friends I almost see everyday in the evening just to smoke and chill/watch movies/failarmy/game. I need some new things to do but can't seem to find what I want to do. Recently graduated and busy with starting my own company. I know I could do this basically 24/7 but from time to time I need to do something else.

Repped and I might come up with some new questions.
